That is about 7 CL games running that Chelsea have given up more chances than they created but the opposition hasn't taken advantage. Pretty much the same story in the PL. Surely they will get hammered soon.
I'm slowly convinced you two are becoming Arsenal fans.... Only they would come up with stuff like possession and chances created. Stats don't show the full picture. United probably created more chances on Saturday but in the context of the game Spurs were much the better side
This wasn't based on stats it was based on watching most of the game. As much chance of me becoming an Arsenal fan as the pope getting married!
A Chelsea fan that I work with said that the scoreline was extremely flattering. They barely deserved the win, in his opinion, only managing to put the Danes away after a few lucky escapes, though they collapsed after the second goal went in. He was very impressed with that virtually unknown side.
I posted yesterday that they didn't deserve it and I want to spit. When is this lot's luck going to run out? Away at Juve will be an interesting test.
I'm watching it,Dortmund have had a stack of chances and almost score a second. Hart's legs save them.
Lewandowski needs his arse kicking and so does that ref. He kicked the ball against the defender's elbow, never a penalty. Lucky, lucky City. Should get beaten next game.
mancini has turned into tinker man, messing about with their back four, keeps chopping and changing, whats he trying to prove?
He needs to do something about his defence,Dortmund should have buried City tonight, they were very wasteful in front of goal. Arsenal back to winning ways as I thought. I think the Chelsea result was a one off and expect the goons to carry on winning. As for City, hmmmmmmmmm!
Arsenal will do alright but I can't see them beating many of the big teams bar United. They are not a bad side. Not world beaters but perfectly capable of getting top 4 and competing well with any side in the world IMO
