I have been hearing about all the talks about needing new players and a new manager, i think it is rubbish...!

We have a great team, a team that is able to beat the likes of West Ham, Wigan, Reading, Southampton, West Brom, Aston Villa, and plenty of others.

What I think team should be for game against West Brom

    GK: Ceser

    LB: Onuoha
    CB: Nelsen
    CB: Hill
    RB: Dyer

    DM: Mbia
    CM: Fauin
    CM: Granero
    LM: Holiet
    RM: Wright-Phillips
    AM: Taarabt

    ST: Zamora

    Subs:

    Murphy
    Derry
    Ehmer
    Park
    Mackie
    Ephraim
    Cisse

    Manager should be Mark Hughes

    What do you think???

Noticed Cisse and Zamora starting to connect a bit in the later part of the West Ham game. Showed me they need to get used to playing together while they can.

Can we afford Hoilett and Taarabt playing either side of Granero and Faurlin. Not sure. Certainly need to have one or other in throughout each match to increase firepower.

So where'd we play M'bia. I'd be tempted to culture him in as sweeper. Remember that position? Either just forward of or just behind the two CBs depending on level of threat. Has to be a big strong ball-player to make it really work.

Using OP's model for current fit players, it's a bit wingless (hey but we won the WC without wingers once) but goes like this:

    ---------------------------------------------Cesar--------------------------------------------

    Onuoha-------------------------Nelsen--------------Hill------------------------------Dyer

    ---------------------------------------------M'bia----------------------------------------------

    -----------------------------Granero-----------------------Faurlin---------------------------

    --------------------------------------------------------------Taarabt (or Hoilett)-----------

    -----------------------------Zamora--------------Cisse--------------------------------------

That's great till the last 3 players Brix. Remove Cisse and play Taarabt and Hoilett each side of Zamora. Mind you, that would be for home games for me. A bit too attacking for away, so I'd go with 4-2-3-1 at WBA:

    ---------------------------Cesar---------------------------
    Dyer--------------Nelsen----------Hill---------------Onuoha
    ---------------------M'Bia-----Faurlin----------------------
    Park----------------------Granero-----------------Taarabt
    ------------------------Zamora---------------------------

Park in on the right for his work rate and the fact that he hasn't been played in his favoured position yet.

What does Park give us FFS! I see absolutely nothing coming from him now except Korean supporters - Welcome to them!!

I like your team with Hoillet in for Park, Traore for Onouha if he is fit, and Cisse as an early sub for Zamora, if BZ is not looking considerably sharper than last night, or if we need more speed rather than a fairly stationary target up front.

That was my team for WBA considering all the injuries we have. I'd try Park on the right, as it's his best position and Twatty bollocks hasn't played him there once. I wouldn't play him at home.
