Given our current run of form, and the increased revenue from TV next year. Prices can't be maintained on the back of these performances or last years for that matter.

What should the Home/away prices @ LR be?

    Thoughts.

Given the investment in the team and the size of the ground, we can't expect TF and the others to subsidise the club more than they already do.

One thing I would like to see is a set price for all away fans at all grounds to stop the bigger games being rip-offs for away fans if they're constantly category A away from home, though this wouldn't do us much good.

Just like Petrol the prices, they wont be going down no matter how much people moan or think its unfair.

Club apparently leaking £4-5m a month (not sure how true that is) and so we cant expect the owner to just pay for this out their own pockets.

I would like to see us move to a 45,000 stadium and make season tickets £300-£500 to encourage as close to a full house as possible with reasonable rates for members, away fans and walk-ups. In an 18,000 seater stadium it is always going to be impossible to balance required income against realistic affordability from the fans.

My gang got hoofed out of the lower Loft and have to sit in cramped and piss-poor view seats in Ellerslie Road. What is worse these are Gold seats, not Silver, and the discount is for this season only. Next year I will have to pay around £200 a season more for the same awful plot. I sat there seething last night looking at where I used to sit and what did I see? Did I see a Mum & Dad with a couple of flaxen haired cherubs? Did I feck! I am more than suspicious that the free kids tickets handed out had been sold on Viagogo.

Let's say you have used your kids to get a season ticket and sell it on each game for £50 on Viagogo. Using my crude maths that is £1000 in your pocket for nothing more than filling out a form. Who checks to see if this is being done? I assume that if you purchase a Viagogo ticket on line that your E-ticket bar code scans in just the same way as a regular S.T.

    I'm getting far too paranoid.

As regards Viagogo, I was talking to the ST holder last night who sold his seats for the Chelsea match to the two yanks from Nebraska. For his seat and his kids seat (U16), he sold the tickets for £150. He didnt say how much charges he paid but I assume the £150 was gross of any charges.

I would be more worried if we are leaking 4-5 m per months48 - 60 million is no way sustainable for a club our size... how accurate are these figures.. i know frankster u are unsure but does anybody have an idea?

Having sat in part of Ellerslie behind a supporting column and with my knees squeezed up to my chin (ok not that bad) for the Reading cup game I have some sympathy for GroveRanger. However, last night as you looked across you may have seen me spread (anxiously) over a couple of chairs in the Lower Loft. Lots of kids were not there, including mine and the those of the supporter next to me because it was a late night on a school day - but we didn't give the kids tickets to adults or sell them. Next home game you'll see the place full of kids!

I'm under the impression that the books would balance as long as we stay up. I look at ticket prices every so often and I'm amazed at what we charge, but the "new stadium" is only a pipe dream until they start to building it imo heard it all before, therefore another year at LR with loads of extra dosh and careful stewardship, shouldn't we be expecting to pay the going rate?

It feels a bit like petrol pricing to me. Does Anyone know what the allocation is for away @ southampton? may be my only chance this season.:(
