    We're ****ed. I wouldn't be surprised if Fergie has specifically asked for him! Purely on the basis that he is a strong referee and will deal with our physical style of play as he seems keen to point out at every possible juncture. He has been upset since we humped them last year with a direct style of physical football.

    I think this might be bad news for us. I can see a really big decision going their way and changing the game. Of course they might just be too good for us anyway! :emoticon-0102-bigsm

    Howard Webb being the referee on Sunday might not matter if, as reports suggest, neither Saylor or Colo will be fit to play.

    Yes he did, by not sending off De Jong the tool. And even allowing the kungfu kick on Alonso to go unscathed...

    But in all honesty, if we manage to play anywhere close to how we played them last year(3-0), he wouldn't even come close to making a difference to the game.

    Here's hoping...

    Man United have absolutely no chance even if we lose he will say the score was 1-0 to us.

    I thought Howard Webb had gone to Arsenal in the Van Persie deal.

    Wenger insisted they got £15m plus Webb, 438 minutes of injury time, 27 bookings, 8 sendings off and 12 penalties. These figures are to be increased depending on appearances.

    yeah and he had a decent game, we also had him for the 8 2 against Arsenal and the 2 0 win at Blackburn and there were no contriversy in them games either. Anyway we let him go ages ago.

    Webb's going nowhere after the end of this season, he's going to retire and live off his winnings from the fixed odds.
