Too early - If he's out on his ear after 6 games (incl Man City and Spurs away and Chelsea at home) things could turn sour with all the support staff feeling he was treated unfairly. Negative. Appraising after 10th game, Reading on 4 Nov, would be reasonable
In - give the same time NW was given, if no major improvement by Jan then that's the time to get someone else in.
In - even though i've always hated him , the last thing we need now is more upheaval . On the positive side we played some brilliant football at Spurs .
We must stay with Hughes. This is despite my concern over his choice of formation and players. For example, Hoilett was a contender for MOTM against Reading but then gets dropped. Also, we used to look better when we played 4-2-3-1, like so many other teams in the EPL do nowadays. Nevertheless, we need STABILITY. Hughes has a big support team in place and it would cause chaos to try and change all that now. He has a good track record and, despite his cautious approach, I think we have a strong squad (when they are all fit) and it will come good. We need patience, we need to get behind the team and the manager. They don't need us to add to the pressure.
In for the time being - hopefully we can get some good points on the board. If it's all still a bit Kieron in December then maybe the trigger should be pulled then so the new incumbent can be given time to turn the ship around.
I will not vote for another two games as I will support my manager. Im not fickle. But if anyone has a spare vote stick it on OUT, for me. Please.
