Saints fan in peace. Just wondering how many you will be bringing on Sunday. Should be a good match with a few goals hopefully in your net:wink:

We score for fun but struggle at the other end!

Predictions?

Apparently we sold out the initial allocation of 1800 tickets and have been given 750 more, so it should be a good away turn out for us (for once). I live in Bournemouth so know lots of Saints fans. For that reason alone, we have to win just to keep my life bearable for the next few months. I'd make us favourites, but not by as much if Berbatov and Diarra were fit. It could be close.

Is Berbatov out then? That's a result for us!

Could be a good atmosphere if you have a decent number show up as looks likely. Game should see a few goals and I hope we can send you home minus the three points which we need.

Watch out Fulham most Scumhampton fans think they have a certain 3 points against your lot especially with Berbatov and Diara out. They arrogantly expect to win by at least two clear goals!<laugh>

Prove them wrong and give them the stuffing they deserve , now that's good lads!<whistle>

You will have to excuse singing dripping tap,
Even Kleenex didn't have enough tissues for his tears when we got promoted.
A close game but I think we will score 2 or 3. So 2-1 or 3-2 to us.

In previous years I would have said we would be lucky with a draw but our away form so far has been promising- Southampton have a good chance but I expect us to pick up the three points- even without Berba and Diarra we have firepower up top and solid defence- Sidwell and Baird will protect the back four- think Petric will score at least one- I'm going for 2-0 to us.

I can see it being quite a tight game. You guys haven't had a great start but then you had a really cruel start to the season. At home you have looked good from what I have seen. Our away from is picking up and with the exception of the City result last weekend have been on a bit of a roll. I’d like to think we could get another away win this weekend but would probably take a point. I would be surprised if you beat us as even without MD and DB I still think we have a stronger side but stranger things have happened.

I hope your chairman gives Atkins a chance this season (I think he is presently second favourite for the sack?) as he has done a great job there. I heard a rumour he has said Atkins needs a top 10 finish this season which seems delusional. I’ve always liked Southampton and hope you guys stay up this season. I think you probably will…

Have to agree with most of that. We have had a poor welcome back pointswise, and you do look stronger but at home it may be possible for us to gain a point or three. Obviously I am hoping so.

I think we may surprise you actually particularly with our attack. 3-1 to Saints.

I would be surprised if you put 3 past us. Out last few games our defence has looked pretty good with Hangeland and Hughes playing well together. Having said that Lambert is looking good for you guys and I also like Ramírez who could develop into one hell of a player.

However with our inconsistent away form anything could happen… we could come away as 1-2 winners or as you predict you could do us 3-1. Apparently there is a chance Berbatov may well be fir this weekend which is definitely good news for us. If he plays I think we could get a result but without him I’d be happy with a point.

Regardless of the result I think (and hope) you guys do OK this season. It’s nice to see a club recover from hard times and get back to the PL particularly by trusting a new manager.
