Don't think Cortese is egocentric... he has high self esteem...well, why not? He is a very successful man. I think he has the sense to know that sometimes when someone says no, they mean no, and he has enough pragmatism to move on rather than beat his head against the wall.

Lovely thank you , stayed in the Hawaii which is pretty good for a now four star or soon to be, the food needs to improve but we ate out mosts nights in PalmaNova , nice break but still expensive there for what it is , usually stay with friends who live there so normally a lot cheaper , will stay where we normally go next time I think (Cala Ratjada) , pricey but a lot more classy than PalmaNova .
