I am very glad to hear messages of support from my fellow canaries though. Whom I respect fully.

 

guru, you wouldn't know as you weren't at the game but even taking into account his clinical finishing and overall game, suarez was a little cheating bastard on saturday - nowhere near as bad as he was at anfield last year (that was the worst single performance for cheating i've ever witnessed) but he was still 'at it' for the majority of the game. he constantly brings the game into disrepute with his antics on the pitch and i for one wish he'd cut it out because he once again proved that with a ball at his feet he is as good as anyone in this league. sadly, he is a majorly flawed footballer and i doubt he can 'cut it out' because its his personality. shame really because we should be praising football like that but his antics will constantly overshadow his ability.

 

Supers and Beefy, i will ask these questions

1. What would you think if somebody posted on here that they would like to see Grant Holt injured permanently?

2. How do you think comments like these portray Norwich City Supporters?

3. Do you think your club would condone comments like this?

4. Would Beefy make comments like this face to face to a liverpool fan or suarez himself?

I'm not condoning anything that suarez has done, but does he really deserve those sort of comments from a Norwich fan?

1. i condemned that - i didn't like that comment by beefy. i've read ipswich fans suggest they want holt injured though.

2. we are saying exactly what ALL football fans know about luis suarez.

3. i really don't think they'd care. if it had been posted directly to luis suarez then that's different - i imagine beefy was making an off the cuff remark in the heat of the moment to another norwich fan - as i say, i'm guessing - i've not read the thread in question.

4. can't speak for beefy but i spoke to numerous, well informed liverpool fans before and after the match on saturday and i didn't find a single one who wasn't embarrassed by suarez's behaviour. they all wish he'd cut it out too as its harming their chances.

come off it - he didn't threaten to actually hurt him did he! basically just saying he wouldn't feel bad if something did happen to him. i seem to recall one of your ex managers genuinely DID go out and end a players' career. nice chap, loved his dogs...
