Just looked at Nigel's interview on Player. Pleased to see that he looked relaxed and not downhearted...I'm not a supporter that requires a manager to rend his shirt in despair. Better that he looks confident. He seems to feel that Everton had 15 min in the ascendency, but scored three goals. I suspect he won't have trouble finding his five good points for the debriefing. Says Spider has done a ligament and is doubtful for Fulham. Repeated how important Morgan is to us.
Says Spider has done a ligament and is doubtful for Fulham _________________________ Damn, that stings more than yesterdays result!
He did say it wasn't as bad as Cork's injury...but both these injuries are a blow to us. We must expect injuries, but we will feel it more than bigger teams.
Don't think size matters much Fran. Hurt me just as much when a sveldt 10 stone as it does now when I pull a muscle.
