Stability means employing a manager, building a team, on AND off the pitch and allowing things to progress. It takes time and MH must be given a chance. If he were to be sacked and Redknapp brought in what will happen to the infrastructure that has been put in place over the past nine months? MH has been responsible for the complete overhaul of the set-up in the club and to remove him in a knee-jerk reaction this early in the season would be damaging for us in so many ways, not least the relationships he has with all the backroom staff he's introduced...
Morning lads. On reflection I think my anti depressants had got me a bit fired up yesterday tbh, I knew I shouldn't have taken 2 and a medicinal glass of Barolo. I wasnt intending to start another Hughes out/in split in the camp just tried to express my pain at being bottom of the league under a bloke who 'promised' we would never be here again Possibly that came out a little negative For me Hughes gets west ham and west brom. After that if we fail to get anything substantial I will move to the out camp quite firmly I've endured years of **** being a rangers supporter and I don't want to start going backwards again now that we've got the club into this position Have a nice Sunday and I'm thinking the baggies will smash Vanilla later
Took the words out of my mouth. MH has been signed to oversee a massive and i mean massive (like leeds massive) overhaul of the club. That goes far beyond what us supporters see on a match day. I seem to use this a lot, but here goes again: rome wasnt built in a day.
Absolutely this. Sparky was hired to LR firstly to keep us up. He succeeded to do it just narrowly but it was enough. Swansea match was a catastroph and (because of the Swansea match?)the team performance in a second match against Norwich was a bit shaky too. After that we haved matched well agaist Man City, Chelsea and Spurs. Unfortunately just getting 1 point from those as we should have get 3-6 points out of those matches against top teams. Have a little trust on Hughes as im sure he will take us safety early onthis season. Afterall it is early days as some of us continuenly keep reminding..... However after miserable cup-match agaist Reading, im begining to wonder one strange matter. Are we again (as last season) playing quite well against the top teams but fail miserable against the teams of our level or even worse than us? This is the thing sparky have to sort it if we are going to play premier league football next season. The signs of that strange pattern are alarming, just thing of our performance against Swansea.Norwich and Reading.....?
We do look a very very poor team night and on the evidence of the first half West Ham wont have an easier away game all season as Swansea did. I certainly expect a lot more on what ive seen so far this season. 2 and a half league games and not a goal in sight.
