In the opticians they've got sheets (not on the wall, ones you hold in your hand) printed in ever smaller fonts with the smallest being micro print used in engineering or some **** like that. You're not supposed to be able to read it with the naked eye but I can no problem. I expect the vision will deteriorate in the end though.
I was in the Opticians the other week and he asked if I'd ever had my eyes checked. I said "No, they've always been blue" Anyhoo.. I wear reading glasses most of the time though I can get by without them for all but the tiniest of font sizes, I also have distance specs for the work, presentations and that. Don't wear any glasses on the street though so that means I can maintain the mean and moody look.
I'm a speccy - and ****ing proud of it In fact i think Mick should set up a new part of general chat so all us Speccies can post away without having to worry about being taunted by you 20/20 visioned smug ****s.
Mon the speccies! We'll meet aw you non-speccies at Cowcaddens underpass and we'll gie ye's a lesson in kbob fencing.
No. But for some reason it's made me think about sun glasses. Dangerous things are sun glasses. Lesson No.1 is to know if your eyes can be seen through them. Been caught titty watching because of forgetting that.
