I believe it is of utmost importance that Tiendalli get's prem experience sooner rather than later and against Stoke would be a good opportunity in light of his performance against Crawley. Davies has already had a hand full of very successful appearances so far and a bit of rest on the bench for a game or two would probably do him good. Remember the prem is a marathon. Same with Hernandez. Needs games. Would be nice to see what he has to show when he is his best. So better get him sharp and going sooner rather than later.
Wedont have the luxury of dropping ash IMO . It's going to be a battle today and we need all the craft we can muster at the back, Chico needs to earn his wages in this game and make up for letting the team down with his Bruce lee antics
To get a point would be a great result but I don't think we have the height at the back or the mental strength to see out a 90 minute aerial bombardment. Vorm will not like this game.
agree with Norway that chico owes us a performance as things have gone a bit pear-shaped since his sending-off. Ash's game should be better with the reassurance of having chico alongside him. as for the line up, i'd like to rest De Guzman and would hope that Ki and Britton start - we need to keep the ball as much as possible.
