He managed Leicester, a very big city, and did a bloody good job there getting them promoted from league 1 and making the championship playoffs the following season. Yes, having spent nearly 2 years at university i've been in touch with pleny of opposition fans. Admittedly, they think the timing of the sacking of Brown was strange but like us know the bloke was on borrowed time and couldn't believe we'd stuck by him for so long despite continued poor results. As for Bullard, no one can believe we were daft enough to give him the contract we did, and if he can't be arsed to pull his weight and do his best for the club, no one can blame us for trying to get rid.
