I cancelled my subscription over a year ago, as part of my "not a penny of my cash to Bates" decision. It fitted nicely with not going to home games or buying anything in the shop. I know its premature, but I can't control myself.... (words I use quite often ) .... and I was thinking about reinstating it. However, as well as money to Bates, in the past the service was cr@p. ............... I can stand the sycophantic drivel, but technically the thing was not much cop, always halting and slow to download. Just wondered who is using it and what the view is of it these days, before I fork out £52 for a year. How good is the service these days?
A bit premature No idea what the next owners are like and not confirmed yet As GHF have confirmed they are the buyers I don't expect much change in style. My personal view is that we will be more like Portsmouth than Manchester City These guys are looking for a quick large profit and may plough money in at first with little regard for long term stability, but for short term gains which is a recipe for disaster
I was too polite to say so - but to repeat the question, is anyone using LUTV and does it work properly now? Sheldon, you are sort of right but wrong at the same time, from my perspective. Its only £52 the bearded saviour will be getting and I feel I have done enough of the sackcloth and ashes routine, I'd like to pretend this deal is done and that the new buyers will at least spend more on the team than KB, and start enjoying Leeds again. (Won't be doing any home games though, until I see the deal has gone through)
So would you prefer to keep Bates for now or for GHF to takeover? Personally I want Bates out but admit to having reservations about the possibility of GHF
