Two very good articles from Mark Hughes and Jaime Alguersuari. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/19732939 http://www1.skysports.com/formula-1...cerned-by-Ferrari-s-lack-of-pace-at-Singapore This leaves me with a lot more confidence, especially vs Vettel. It's also worth noting that Hamilton has never been able to win three races in a row, so is unlikely to win the remaining six.
Lewis Hamilton says it's gloves-off in F1 championship battle Unless Vettel and Alonso take each other out a few times its Alonso's so he might as well try the all or nothing approach. Hopefully he can get another race or two victories under his belt before he leaves McLaren. He has 20 wins and 48 podiums for McLaren so I think 50 podiums is easily achievable but 25 wins... probably not.
How well is Mclaren going to support Ham now he is leaving? Or do they want the WCC just as much as he wants the WDC?
I think McLaren will still give him the support required, after all a championship won by Lewis would still be a championship for McLaren, it's not like Renault gave up on Alonso when he said he was going to leave the team so I expect McLaren to remain pretty professional
I don't think they would try and hinder his progress, but I don't think they'll do much to help him either. Button will definitely not be the number two driver.
This end to the season is going to be fantastic. Vettel vs. Alonso vs. Hamilton. Button and Webber to mix things up. Schumacher vs. Rosberg.... Massa in there to help Fernando.
lol it's ok. Deep down I know it will take something spectacular for him to get close. We are coming into the realm of the unknown for Kimi after Japan, which he has a good record at though mind you. He's never raced at Korea or India. He's only had 1 race in Abu Dhabi where he finished 12, in a poor Ferrari though. USA is new for everyone so it's all about who adapts the quickest to the new track. The main thing though is the car, which I feel hasn't been quite so great since the break. Although the plans of a major upgrade for Korea give me a bit of hope.
Hope it works, really would like to see a four man fight for the title that goes to the wire like in 2010, except that this time it would be four drivers in four different teams!
