I'll eat my face with a spoon if we don't win this.

Any win will do, but if we can get an early break through then I fancy 4-0 to theTigers.

    Do it.

There's no way we're losing this.

Is it just me that's nervous about this match? This is the sort of game that we ought to win comfortably, but the Tigers never seem to read the script. No doubt Erik thinks we'll lose

Agree, bit of a banana skin game this. I've even checked the Posh website to see if they've got any Italian players, a couple of grand each and we'd a been laughing.

i am, people had a go last week cos i said about the law of averages and how it doesnt apply to football, which of course probably was the wrong choice of words..fact is, not many teams lose 8 in a row, and not many win there 1st 4 home games in a row in this league either..draw written all over it this one

Not sure really its all a bit murky. They're a polite society the Italians, i think they just like to be asked, then.................

They then say that they won't throw the match but then don't try. No corruption though

It's true that not many teams lose 8 in a row, but that's because not many teams lose 7 in a row in the first place and having already done that, 8 is very likely now.

We aren't asking them to lose their next 8, just their next 1, an away game at a better side.

I'm not saying people can't be nervous about it, but the whole averages thing is just nonsense.

    Any word on Dudgeon?

I'd go with that, an early goal and the floodgates might open

Goal in the 15 minutes and City to win 5 maybe even 6-0.
I'm going 3-1 to be on the safe side; although knowing City we'll end up drawing 0-0 :(

I was always nervous about this fixture after they lost again last Satdee, but having lost by Leicester ourselves with a poor performance, I'm more confident about it with the players no doubt wanting to come out and prove the bad performance was a one off. Peterboroughs defence leaks goals with silly mistakes which we should capitalise on. Will be far from an easy game but should there be an early goal either way I can see it being a high scoring game and a win.

Anyone fancy Conor Townsend to replace an injured Dudgeon, or is it to soon for him?

The law of averages state that they are bound to get a point soon!

Yep, I went for a 2-1 Posh win. Posh to be two-up inside 30 minutes, City to have the ball for the rest of the game but do nothing with it, then Proschwitz to come on and score a scrappy tap-in on the stroke of full-time.

I feel slightly edgy about this one, Posh have got NOWT and will scratch and nip like mental women on a night out to get something. Anything!

We need to settle, be calm and let our quality show. But I think this is a tricky one.
