Thanks, Nines, useful. Looks like we may have a better pick by the West Brom game. Good to see Andy Carroll is out until after we play the bubble blowers
That's another good point Goldie, you can get a good idea of who's going to be out for the opposition. A useful tool for those of us who like to do pre-match line-ups etc.
At least we are currently top of that table carrying 7 injuries. I wonder how long Faurlin's "dead leg" will take to recover? I recall many years ago on the school playground we used to do that to one another for sport!
THE LATEST (that I could find, anyway) - Andy Carroll: Early Return Likely - 9/27/2012 5:35:07 PM Update: Carrol is looking set to return to the Hammers two weeks ahead of schedule, according to ESPN FC. Recommendation: West Ham manager Sam Allardyce has him pegged for a return to the pitch against Arsenal on October 6th, but is nervous that a national team call-up a few days later could re-injure him. In any case, he certainly won't play the full 90 against Arsenal, as West Ham won't rush his return. So while his quick recovery is encouraging, for the price he's fetching it'd be best to wait and see him get back into rhythm before buying.
QPR will be without four first team defenders for the visit of London rivals West Ham United on Monday night. Anton Ferdinand, Jose Bosingwa and Fabio are all out with hamstring injuries and Armand Traore (leg) is also unavailable. Striker Andy Johnson is out with a long-term knee injury but midfielder Adel Taarabt could return after missing the last two games with a hamstring problem. Provisional squad: Green, Cesar, Onuoha, Hill, Nelsen, Mbia, Diakite, Derry, Park, Granero, Dyer, Taarabt, Hoilett, Faurlin, Wright-Phillips, Ephraim, Mackie, Zamora, Cisse.
I would hope Mackie gets dropped because he was awful on Weds and only touched the ball once against Spurs. Maybe go 442 with Park and Hoilett on the wings or play Park Hoilett and Granero as the 3 in a 4231
Unusually I agree with you about dropping Mackie Cisse will also be out SWP will be back in the starting line up Be simular to the starting line up against Spurs
Bloody hell Jock, did you fall off a super bike or something? Between us we might rustle up a semi functioning person......take care mate.
