    @Lucaaas & BBT

    I feel it is only fair that LFC should be regularly reminded of their club's legacy of evil.

    That makes you pretty pathetic in my opinion.

    It is people like you that are at the centre of everything that is wrong with fans these days. By justifying these ignorant and offensive chants you have shown yourself to be pretty stupid in my opinion, I would imagine that you are one of those people who thinks it is necessary to sing 'where's your famous Munich song' in an attempt to goad opposition supporters so that you can then feel justified to start singing about Hillsborough/Heysel........that's pretty sad! <ok>

    Jesus Christ man, I was joking <doh>

    Did you not think 'legacy of evil' was a bit theatrical?

    Jip - these people support a club from a city that gave us the Beatles, Gerry and the Pacemakers, Carla Lane, Jimmy Tarbuck and Stan Boardman. You can't expect them to have any taste and you certainly cannot expect them to have a developed sense of humour <ok>

    To be honest, I do not know what to expect from someone who feels that it is okay to tell women and kids that they are 'MURDERERS, MURDERERS, MURDERERS'. As we do not think the same way or live in the same 'world', it is impossible for me to know when you are joking and when you are serious! <ok>

    About as funny as singing "Who's that lying on the runway, who's that dying in the snow?"

    But now the Hillsborough verdict has been released and the slate wiped clean those songs were never actually sung were they?

    You know where I was when Heysel happened? Fresh from coming back from my first ever cup final and chuffed we'd beaten the champions and the cup winners cup champions and stopped their treble. Looking forward to entering said cup winners cup and playing some decent sides in europe. A competition we never got to play in.

    So, you'll forgive me if I don't give a **** whether a song about Heysel was sung in the face of provocation.

    Ok? <ok>

    @BBT

    Chill out a bit. I'm sure you weren't this preachy and po-faced on the old BBC 606.What's happened to the old, irreverent BBT? I can almost imagine Anne Robinson reading out one of your rants on Points Of View.

    As I said earlier, we can all go around pointing fingers and saying your lot are worse than ours blah blah blah.

    And of course the songs were sung, I am not sure where you are getting the idea that Liverpool fans (or whoever it is you are referring to) think that the slate has been wiped clean and past indiscretions are forgotten about? I have seen this a lot recently. People making things up regarding Liverpool fans and their reactions post-Hillsborough report findings.

    It as if you actually did not want them to get justice and have waited until the dust settles before starting to have a go again, slowly but surely things will be back to normal and you can be happy again making fun of human tragedy without anybody tut-tutting at you for your insensitivity...so don't worry about that!

    Anyway, you can do whatever it is that makes you happy, if that involves blatantly and ignorantly calling innocent people Murderers then so be it, whatever floats your boat mate! <ok>

    Chill out? Yeah okay mate, let's all chill. Maybe you can take your own advice and next time you feel it necessary to get all angry and chant 'Murderers' at a group of innocent people (or try to justify said chanting), you can stop, think about it and chill out whilst also realising the magnitude of your own ignorance! <ok>

    Nope. Deeping Rangers don't have a board. If you are referring to the Liverpool board, then again the answer is no...I like this board the best, you get a better selection of, shall we say, comment on here with which to respond. <ok>

    Question for you - if Kenny Dalglish died and Alex Ferguson went to the funeral and said "I think Kenny would be delighted to kmnow that even in death he can draw a bigger crowd than Liverpool on a Saturday afternoon" would you have a problem with it?

    You really are scraping the barrel there Dan, Shanks was praising his friend Dixie Dean and saying that even in death the thousands of blues(and reds)that lined the funeral cortege route outnumbered Everton's top attendance.
