Terry only went to court because a member of the public complained to the police about his racist abuse of Anton Ferdinand which led to charges, Suarez never appeared in court because no members of the public saw anything that warranted a complaint to the police so no charges were brought.
Let me explain it to you in baby English, you ****ing, ******ed, scumbag, ****. The FA changed the goal-posts regarding the Fat Granny shagger when they appealed his 3 match ban. Violent conduct warrants a 3 match suspension, even if you are English and play for Manchester United. They did the same thing here with Terry. Suarez and Terry both used racist language, and Terry being English gets a 4 match ban, Suarez a Uruguayan gets an 8 match ban. This is as I've pointed out, the FA changing the goal-posts to suit themselves. In terms of equity and fairness and non xenophobia, Terry should have got an 8 match ban. In other words, the FA are what they accused Luis Suarez of being...RACIST.
The court case has f all to do with it kid. You chavs are morons if you think because he got cleared in court the FA should back down. I hope he appeals and gets a bigger ban.
The court case has nothing to do with it, you utter moron. In court, Terry was charged with a racially aggrevated public order offence, and if found guilty would have been hit with a fine and a criminal record. The FA's charge is of bringing the game into disrepute and a charge of misconduct and the penalty here is a fine and a suspension. Two completely different charges, and the finding of guilt is completely different as explained by posters on numerous occasions. Suarez and Terry both used racist language, therefore the overall question is why did one get half the suspension the other did?
Patrice Evra is full black, whereas Anton Ferdinand is half black, therefore half the ban as only 50% of Ferdinand was offended. It's either that explanation, or the FA's.
Most Chelsea fans believe he was proven innocent in court, which he wasn't. He admitted in court to using the words and as demonstrated in the Suarez case, context is never taken into account.

Everybody from the 313 put your muthafuckin hands up and follow me Everybody from the 313 put your muthafuckin hands up look look now while he stands tough notice that this man did not have his hands up.
I am actually enjoying all the pundits on tv/radio literally squeaking "repetition repetition" when asked the obvious question. You can tell by the tone of voice of each and every one of them that they know how ridiculous it's sounds but they have nothing else. Nothing. Our players case is over, our player grudgingly accepted it, we have largely moved on. It's now just amusing to see the media walking the minefield trying unsuccessfully not to look so obviously xenophobic. Just wait until the report comes out & we get a line by line explanation as to why the punishments are different. It will be hilarious. I so hope with largely nothing to lose (what reputation does he have left?) that Terry challenges all the way. It will make it harder & harder for the FA & media to justify their abhorrence for the gringo & love of the cheeky chav. Excellent! Oh & it's not demeaning the issue because its never been a bout racism. Ever.
Suarez got 8 games, 2 games for abusive language, x2 for racial abuse and another x2 for the number of times it was said. Suarez admitted to saying black once, Evra claimed more. Terry will only get 2 games for abusive language, x2 for racial abuse.
Nice to see two of you resorting to personal insults rather than sensibly debating... He was found not guilty in a court of law (for the hundredth ****ing time) and that would obviously have some form of influence on proceedings with the FA and help them make their conclusion. To the bit in bold read carefully; Terry has been charged with using racial language on the pitch, not of being a racist - something they CANNOT accuse him of being due to the verdict in a court of law. It has **** all to do with the context, it's just purely because the words were uttered and this means even if his excuse is correct about him merely repeating the words back to Anton. Why do you lot have to act like I'm having a pop? I have said nothing to offend you/your team/Suarez, I have just given opinions on why I think Terry received less of a ban than him. You don't help yourselves by using the word 'moron' and 'chav'.
So Suarez got a tougher ban because his case didn't make it to a court of law? That argument doesn't make sense. If I'm gonna assault someone I best make sure I have witnesses so it goes to court so I don' get shafted by the victim's 'word'.
Not guilty does not mean he is innocent...just that they cannot prove beyond reasonable doubt that the abuse was racially motivated.
