3/4 about Suarez, a tad mention to other clubs but were there not other instances of actual diving that could have been picked at? possibly Valencia? Oscar? Ivanovic?

TBF Bluff Valencia doesnt have a history of diving and play acting.

Suarez' created his own rep, even before going to Liverpool and the whole world watched him basically gloat about his cheating at WC2010.

He did himself no favours and makes it easy.

 

Valencia didn't dive he was clearly clipped, if you remember the defender didn't complain at all. Suarez, unfortunately for Liverpool, is paying for the 'gamesmanship' he decided to use when he first came into the league. If we were to ban every player that dived would Barcelona and Real Madrid be able to field 11 players after a few weeks?? lol

I understand that, guess what I am pointing at is that there really wasn't much diving in our game. BUT there were tons from the Chelsea players, yet the article about giving the refs a chance is damn near completely about Suarez. I can barely remember Drogba having this type of reaction and he used to go down so so easy.

I know diving is bad but what about other forms of cheating/gaining unfair advantages?

Moving the ball forward a few yards for a free kick, the wall stopping a yard forward when the refs back is turned ( MLS have a good way to sort that, vanishing spray or something ). Getting fouled but acting like you have been shot.

Loads of other types of cheating go on in games.

 

Anyway....

Chelsea and Arsenal brought diving to the forefront imo. These 2 sides at one point only fielded teams of none english players. Loads of italians and french who only know 2 things.....defend and dive.


Actually 3 things...........defend, dive and put your hand together in prayer as if you are completely innocent.

 

Taking ages over throw ins when you are hanging onto a lead like man utd did last night... its all cheating

 

I take it he'll start out slowly and then build up the amount of ****e. Can't we just cut out the middle bit and ban him now?

 

One thing I have never understood. Time wasting when you are losing.

Players have no integrity that's the problem. Players who are seen clearly cheating in the replay protesting innocence to the ref and god lol how is that a good example for the millions of children watch the game. It isnt! they should be ashamed of themselves.
