Tonight we get an opportunity to find out perhaps whether S. McCall regards Sevco as a continuation of the Rangers who died in June. We all remember that Mr. McCall always seemed to manage his team to suffer heavy defeats against the now deceased Rangers. When it suits Ally and Charlie Sevco is new with no links to Rangers and of course they also argue Sevco is just a continuation. If Motherwell lie down and let Sevco win tonight, no doubt we can consider McCall is thinking same old, same old. However if God forbids McCall lines out his team in such away that they actually beat Sevco we will know that McCall fully realises Rangers are gone. I wonder what fool has organised a match for Rangers on Saturday as all the Ulster Loyalists are marching up and down nearly every road in Belfast for the Centenary of the signing of the Ulster Covenant. All matches in the Loyalist controlled IFA have been called off, so I can't believe they have to play a team of mechanics rather than do their duty.
Top post again super , Motherwell under Butcher used to do the same , remember in 2005 Butcher admitted they had been on holiday at Ibrox but would be up for final day game against Celtic the following week . Who said Scottish football wasn't corrupt back then ??
Scottish Football has been corrupt Harry, long before Sir David Murray's father went bankrupt. We heard more about Murray's high standard of living than we heard about his old man's time in jail. I wonder was there any check on David Murray and was he a fit and proper person to own a club even like Rangers.
I belong to an era Tina when the men did the chasing and the females waited demurely with their skirts pulled up and they looking as if butter wouldn't melt in mouths. Now we know it isn't butter they are thinking of.
