Jones and Carra, a disaster waiting to happen. A player who can't do anything but pass back, a goalkeeper that reacts far to slowly and can't get to balls. I can see an Own goal for Carra at this rate.

 

West Brom had a good 5 minutes, but we absolutely dominated the rest of the half until the last couple minutes.

Lukaku looks useful and strong, but god he is lazy and thinks hes the best player alive.....surprised he isn't starting for the chavs week in week out.

 

You want players to stop diving but when Yesil got fouled and stayed up he got no freekick It's decisions like that , that make players into divers ffs

 

Assaidi seems to be everything Downing isn't, and it proves if you shop around, you can pick up quality players for a pittance. It just goes to show, English players are indeed over-priced.

 

Coates, Henderson, Sahin, Assaidi and Wisdom are all playing really well so far

 

So, Wisdom gets booked for winning the ball and Mulumbu gets nothing for a reckless challenge.

 

Dominated after 1st ten. Sahin been excellent and Assaidi. Henderson Pacheco Robinson all look v good. Downing is being shown up by these youngsters. Carragher is really looking a liability. Overall very promising.
Shocking tackle by malumbo and no card, it's just unbelievable. Probably as nasty a tackle as you will see. Then wisdom gets booked when he wins the ball.

 

Sahin running the game so far IMO, his best game for us this one

 

Damn... I had forgot about him... I was about to ask WHO? And then the nightmare memories came flooding back.

 

the lads are looking good...lose the ball? chase and get it back! hassle and harry the opposition...great stuff.

assaidi running at people and causing havok, and the ball retention, pass and move is great.

Think Assaidi may get start v Canaries, has looked a box of tricks every time hes played so far

 

I just don't see why Downing plays, how many opportunity can one player waste? Would much rather see Ibe playing if I'm honest

No, would rather keep him fresh for the weekend. Especially if Borini is injured, Sterling Suarez Assaidi as a front 3 could be interesting.

 

If this doesn't go to extra time I'd start the majority of this team against Norwich ... not much better than young,hungry,fearless players with a dash of ability too

 

Could be awesome.

 

All the players were told at the start they had to earn their place at the club, it seems with regards to Downing, it fell on deaf ears. Expect him to be gone either in January or next summer. We can't have the likes of him taking up the space of a young hungry player that puts in shift.

 

IMO Raheem should have a rest the lad has played a lot now
