And the Daily Mail is right up there at the top of the pile of ****e journalism. Worse than The Sun or the Mirror, because most of their middle class brain dead readers actually believe it's a serious newspaper.
I'd be very pleased with a point away at City, especially so early in the season. The fact that you came from behind and outplayed them for long periods from the sound of things would only make it better, nothing fans should be embarrassed about.
As the OP said, if it was Liverpool or someone like that it would be completely different. Instead of ridiculing the celebration it would have been something like "in a show of team spirit reminiscent of the glory days". The Mail can stick it where The Sun doesnt shine (pun intended).
Good job it was at their ground and not ours then. 1-1 would have been a clear thrashing. Or a " spanking " as Chelsea fans like to call a home draw.
I much prefer this analysis....even if it is coming from a fan: http://mattlittlechild.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/deserved-point-per-fection-things-are.html Love the BFG bit.
Morrow had nothing to do with a 10man pile up - he fell off a donkey. (The best donkey ever to play in British football, but that is what he was called)
