There's a general consensus on Not 606 that most GC regular are sick lunatics. While this may not be far from the truth, I've found that the biggest nutters are on the club-specific boards. My favourite is a character from the Liverpool board who loathes Man United with a rare passion. Who's your favourite/least favourite mentalist?
I enjoy the ones who claim to be a supporter of the club whose board they're on and then do nothing but slag off the team and the fans. We had a great Watford one on the old 606 but I think he's given up now. It takes some serious effort to be that sad
We had a dickhead called True Blue who claimed to support Celtic, Ipswich, Man Utd, Arsenal etc. who used to post on the Celtic board and all he did was talk about how great the EPL and England was.
the old rugby forum used to have a Welsh bloke pretending to be english who used to do everyone's nut in. Saying things like "us English are all ashamed of the way some forum users disrespect our Welsh neighbours" erm yeah o.k........
I tend to find the club board mods - Celtic board the exception - to be mopey as ****! Some, in my opinion, actualy believe being a Mod is an actual job! Superhoops on the Celtic board is mental - he's a mix of personas. On the Hun board, HTF is their version of SH but even more paraniod and unhinged.
Check out the Rangers board and how many Celtic fans come on each day, how many of them have Rangers signatures and how they tell us they want nothin to do with our club yet continuing to talk about us for hours on end. Thick ugly bastards. Well most of them. Ciaran is really dead on.
