    I can confirm though that's it from somebody with no rep power.

    They would get 5 positive, although not sure how negative works yet.

    When I had rep power 3, I negative rep'd Edge (to spread the rep around <whistle>) and his rep only went down by one. AG* said when he had rep power 4 he was able to deduce 2 rep points from him.




    *I think it was AG, might have been someone else who had rep power 4.
