It's hardly a boast nowadays.

I'd forgotten I took that picture. I have no idea where I posted it to get it on Google Images.

Probably here at some point no doubt.

Looking at the comments on McMurder's Blog now it seems they have a "Timposter on board". Hamish is his name, he saeems to be making some valid points but is being shouted down. Thank God McMurdo moderates the comments or it could have got really nasty:

i was on another website yesterday[ huffingtonpost] they were pissing themselves about thompson doorstepping mckenzie[ex-sun editor]. i informed them that thompson is NO better than mckenzie. and i then explained to them about his disgusting comments about the disaster, then i told them about his love of an i.r.a. sympathiser. of his writing a foreword of a book. these people NEED to be informed of the evil that thompson spouts. we must attack them on all fronts, in, fact one person commented about the bigotry, lying, cheating that the sfa/spl cabal are inflicting on rangers, this is where we need to be, lets go GLOBAL with this, remember, the pen is mightier than the sword.

Shock news, Venom gets a mention today:

[h=1]Up To The Knees In Foolishness[/h]September 21, 2012 · by billmcmurdo · in Uncategorized
The news that Celtic FC are being charged for four rule breaches by Vincent Price Lunny will be welcomed by Rangers fans so used to hearing of their club being the target of the SFA Compliance Officer. Others will be wary of this development, seeing it as a sop to Rangers before hammering the club on another invented charge. The matter that instigated Witchfinder General Lunny’s charges was a silly banner depicting Rangers fans as zombies. However, it had a sinister side with Irish republican paramilitary undertones because it showed a man shooting these zombies.

Crass, tasteless and very typical of the terrorist-loving Green Brigade. The SFA charge came the day after Celtic fans could clearly be heard singing bigoted songs glorifying IRA murderers at the Champions League no-score, big snore draw on Wednesday night. Of course, it is only right and proper that the footballing authorities throw the full force of their own rules and regulations to punish this despicable breach.
However, the sorry tale highlights two key problems in Scottish society. Firstly, where are the police while all this lawbreaking is going on? We had anti-sectarian legislation rushed through the Scottish Parliament to tackle these matters.

Blatant and flagrant flouting of this new legislation takes place all the time – both online and at football grounds. But that’s not the problem. The nincompoops that sit in Holyrood have put a massive yoke on the already stretched police resources of this country by literally giving them so many crimes they cannot cope with them all. You see, every time someone uses the word “hun” or “fenian” in a derogatory manner, they are breaking the law. (Utter Bullshit) That’s the society we live in now, where the chronically – or more accurately, cynically – offended can go tell tales and get someone who called them names into trouble.

I used to work with a lot of tims – yes, that’s what I called them – and every day I saw them they would call me a hun or an Orange barsteward. I took no offence because they would say it as a joke and I took it as such. That was when Rangers and Celtic fans could have banter but still be good pals. Nowadays these lads could lose their jobs for such language – and even their liberty. That’s what we are reduced to.

That’s the mad world of political correctness that we live in, courtesy of the social engineers who want to police the private thoughts and inclinations of every citizen. (It's PC gone mad I tell you) George Orwell saw it coming.

I gave as good as I got to my Celtic-supporting mates. But when I went to Rangers games and sang that I was up to the knees in Fenian blood, I certainly didn’t envisage wading through the blood of people I considered friends. Singing The Billy Boys was just a cultural thing. Silly, yes, but no more silly than the draconian laws that have now made singing it a chargeable offence.

I don’t take offence when people call me a hun or an illegitimate orange. I have been called these things both in jest and with venom. It’s just part of life here in the West of Scotland. But at some point in the last 20-30 years, clever people with a clear agenda set out to “take offence” and bleat about their offence to anyone who would listen. It was a political move and it worked a treat. It effectively ostracised, demonised and criminalised the Protestant, loyalist, Rangers-supporting community in Scotland.

But members of this community are now discovering that they can drive the offended bus – that laws which deem it an offence to denigrate one’s religion and creed can be used to protect them, not just to persecute them. Yet the glaring reality of it is, it’s all rather stupid.
Where will the offended bus take us all? And who will jump on it next? Will gingers want laws to make people stop mocking them for being ginger? Will ugly people want laws that prohibit people calling them mingers? Will Glaswegians want the term “weegie” outlawed?
Will neds demand they not be called neds?

You see, anybody can be offended. And anyone can use offence as a weapon. Thirty seconds of madness on Twitter can cost people their entire career because the chronically offended take offence. I remember singing Danny Boy on karaoke at the works Christmas night when I worked beside all those Celtic guys. I did it for a laugh and in my defence I was very drunk. Danny Boy is not a song you would lose your job for but a few bars of the wrong song these days could lose you your job, so I am told. No matter who you are.

That is a major problem of life in 21st century Scotland, that anybody with an agenda can manipulate the legal system to create foolish laws that mock true justice, not promote it. We live in a world here in Scotland where being offended makes you the victim of a crime. That is nuts. The second problem I referred to is one that is more widespread than here in this country but impacts Scotland in negative ways.
It is the notion that football is above the law. This is a FIFA-derived notion but it leaves no recourse to a football club to seek legal redress – a basic human right for every citizen, organisation and business. So if a football club feels it is the victim of undue punishment by its national football association, it can only seek legal help in the matter by imperiling its own membership of FIFA – and its fellow member clubs.
A gun to the head if ever there was one. Interestingly, here in Scotland, our own Scottish government has declared itself unable to help Rangers FC in its recent troubles due to its adherence to this FIFA directive. In other words, the Scottish government rules out helping Scottish clubs because it recognises FIFA as a higher power – a kind of footballing papacy, above temporal thrones and governments.
The message this sends to our police is that football is even above their powers of arrest. No wonder their hands are tied.
The attitude that football is above the law must be stamped out. This isn’t just a Scottish problem, it is a global one. And, as we have seen both with FIFA and the footballing authorities here in Scotland in recent times, this attitude is the seedbed of corruption.

And one supportive comment just for laughs:

Bill, whilst I find your blog mostly sensible, honest and rational, I find myself taking issue with you in regard to this particular missive.
What has happened in Scotland is not the result of a universally applied, global and homogonised social engineering (Though the rush to such has cleared the path for its onset), it is the result of a mixture of rampant cultural imperialism (Plastic paddyism if you like) aided and abetted by a subversive religion and corrupt media. Throw into this mix the current drive toward nationalism and the political horsetrading which is taking place re the extremely potent nationalist mindset which permeated the labour party vote in Scotland being wooed by Salmond and his cabal…This explosive cocktail of self loathing, hatred, introspectiveness and downright bigotry is way out of kilter with the ideals and ethos of your average unionist Rangers supporter. The minority imigrant community are dominant in media, both broadcast and print, the legal profession and politics to such an extent that the expedient by product is the silence of the majority through lack of conduit for its voice.

This goes way beyond daft songs or labels which were once the stable of the average gers/tic supporter, this is a highly politicised agenda which makes no apology for its discriminate and self serving agenda, one just has to look and its application under law to see that I am correct.

For my part I suspect that if one wondered the streets outside the confines of our corrupt little fifedom shouting FTP or singing the Billy boys people would think you were a tad cracked and that goes for the religious/ political nonsense peddled by those adherents to the legacy of brother Walfrid. The Catholic minority have found the victim card to be their trumph card and they have learned that the louder you cry opression, even when there is none, a self loathing liberal element within society will concede their rights with alacrity! The way they have gone on at times one would think that Scotland was a hotbed of ethnic/murder cleansing like Kosovo, such has been the ferocity of their attacks on our nations probity and honour! Rangers have always been a football club to me, a club who’s history became politicised as it became the antidote to everything that brother Walfrid and his cohorts conceived Celtic to stand for, which has become far removed from the ideals of the gallant pioneers who’s ethos should be the one we hang our future and tradition on.

Brilliant.

Half the buns think it's about time Celtic got hit with some charges and the half of the buns are too wary to accept it in case it's a front to hit them with even more charges <laugh> These ****s need put out their misery!

The Great Silver Grab

September 22, 2012 · by billmcmurdo · in Uncategorized

When solving any crime, investigators always look for a motive.
You can find the motive – and the criminal – by asking: “Who benefits?” Who benefits from the crime?

Rangers supporters who consider criminal the attempts by Scottish footballing authorities to rob the club of five league titles and four Scottish cups might well consider asking the question this morning. And the answer will not surprise them. Each of the five league titles that the corrupt cabal running our game wants to grab from Rangers were in seasons where Celtic was the runner-up club. One Scottish Cup of the four was won playing Celtic.

If, as some pundits believe, Rangers are stripped of these titles and trophies, there is a real possibility that the runners-up will be awarded them, particularly in the case of the SPL titles. So the silver grab that is presently being proposed – and deemed criminal by many in the game – clearly benefits Celtic Football Club. Which leads you to wonder about who is behind the SFA/SPL attempt to strip Rangers of titles.

We know that this trophy grab was proposed to Rangers as a condition for parachuting the club into Division One and thus protecting the “Rangers pound” on which every SPL club relies.

When that pauchle fell apart, due to sporting fairness winning out over sporting integrity, Plan B had to go into effect.
Plan B, of course, being the big gun combo of Lord Nimmo-Smith and the “independent” panel which will sit to pass judgment on Rangers over EBTs and dual contracts. Every wee boy in the playground knows what the outcome will be of such a kangaroo court. Celtic want the Rangers silver, silver they couldn’t win on the field of play. The smoking gun evidence is there for all to see as more and more comes out of Celtic-minded people pressing for this silver grab. It can very aptly be described as legitimised cheating.

The Scottish media is not unaware of the corruption within the Scottish game, nor who is behind this blatant attempt to rob Rangers of trophies and titles won by sweat and skill. You get the feeling that some journos would love to rip apart and expose the web of shame and ignominy that is Scottish football. But they are most likely shackled by their timid editors. Students of the human sciences will have some understanding and perhaps a little empathy with the biting envy felt by Scotland’s second biggest team when you take a look into the Ibrox trophy room and compare it with the runner-up team’s inferior haul. But the green-eyed monster should be motivating those in the east end to procure some silver on the field of play, rather than manipulating the football authorities to steal it from Rangers.

After all, there’s no glory in a tainted title.

======================================================================

Crime - An action or omission that constitutes an offense that may be prosecuted by the state and is punishable by law.

Criminal - Relating to the administration of penal law

So what bold Bill here is saying is that the SPL's attempts to punish Rangers are criminal acts which would be punishable by by LAW if unfounded?

The SPL are breaking the LAW???

If I could I would ask him to explain it to me, but, he will not accept comments on his blog which do not toe his party line. Kinda says it all.

I just read one he allowed through as it enabled him to guffaw at it - I think your comment has to be ******ed for him to let it on - from both sides.

However, I notice one referenced a Leggo blog - apparently, the address next door to the publishers of Downfall are Jesuits <laugh>

And, the publishers employ six Jesuits and these six individuals are solely responsible for what's happened to Rangers (no ****)<laugh><yikes>

Both of these addresses are then encouraged to be bombarded <yikes>

[h=1]Scotland Today[/h]September 25, 2012 · by billmcmurdo · in Uncategorized

Two things highlighted by this blog stand out from the row over Raman Bhardwaj’s tweets about Rangers fans and John Terry. Firstly, the much ado about nothing culture we live in can be clearly seen in the story. This is the easily offended, thin-skinned world of Scotland 2012 where to be offended by something makes you the victim of a crime. Big Raman’s tweets were innocuous and could have been construed in a number of ways. Some Rangers fans, however, saw in them a possible dig that they were racist. Cue the ensuing uproar. Now Bhardwaj has come forward and said he has had to come off Twitter after receiving a serious threat.

This has been met with a great deal of cynicism by Rangers fans who feel that the STV presenter has played the victim card to get out of a foolish error of judgment on his part. In the grand scheme of things, much ado about very little. The second thing the story teaches us is that Rangers fans are learning fast how to drive the offended bus – and doing a great job of it.

In the past, most Gers fans would have shrugged off incidents like the Raman Twitter episode as not deserving of a response. Now, it’s a whole new world. People like George Galloway, Alex Thomson, Dick King and now, Big Raman, are learning that Rangers fans do being offended very well. (I don’t think they are concerned about “Offence”, I suspect they are more concerned with the threats made by the offended.)

Some bluenoses still think it beneath their dignity to whine about the jibes thrown their way.But being John Wayne imperious has gotten them nowhere in what is very clearly a propaganda war with those who hate Rangers FC. (Here we go again with the suggestion that Rangers fans have NEVER complained about anything. I suppose they never hired a lipreader before?) Rangers fans are learning how the game is played in the sneaky, whiny culture that is 21st century Scotland. And they are learning how to take offence on the offensive. Let me just say that any threat of violence towards people is deplorable, regardless of who makes the threat.

Some Rangers fans believe that the threat towards Raman Bhardwaj is a hoax, designed to reflect badly on the Gers. In other words, it may have come from fans of a rival club. If what I am informed is true concerning Big Raman’s footballing allegiance, it would increase the odds on it being from a rival club’s fans. (So it is Celtic fans who threatened him? Doubtless you are still of the opinion that it was a Celtic fan who threatened Neil Lennon last year too?)

But that is for the police to investigate. I am sure Raman Bhardwaj will survive this sorry little episode. And only good can come of it if people learn the lesson from it:
Think before you type or speak when referring to Rangers FC and its fans. (In other words any criticism of Rangers may be met with threats of violence, and there was me thinking you deplored threats you ****ing hypocrite? You are basically saying hell mend him.

Scotland: Land Of The Smear And Label
September 26, 2012 · by billmcmurdo · in Uncategorized
Since I announced there was an online petition calling for an enquiry into the SFA/SPL’s handling of the Rangers’ crisis, I have been inundated with people eager to support the petition. Some Rangers fans, however, objected to the petition because they did not deem themselves to be Protestant, Unionist or Loyalist – only Rangers supporters. (And well done to them, what I would call “Real” or Decent Supporters, not a gang of ****nuckles who have religion confused with football)

I have even had atheists object to the inclusion of the word “Protestant” in the petition. You couldn’t make it up. A petition created to draw attention to the fact that Protestant people are demonised for their faith and culture offends people who themselves are being demonised for being part of that culture. (What?)

When people call Rangers fans “Orange bastards” and “huns” it is a direct attack on their perceived religious faith and identity. Do those Rangers fans who call themselves atheists think that Rangers-haters care about their lack of faith? (Well that’s as twisted a piece of logic as I have ever read, why would Aetheists feel that being called Orange is an insult?)

To those haters, all Rangers fans are smeared with hate for being proddies. To haters, all Rangers fans are identified as one. (You very conveniently ignore the fact that the reverse is also true, the Celtic fanbase is not the only one with a cartel of cretins who are concerned with religion and religious insults but why let these mere facts get in the way of a good old Presbyterian rant)

Which is why the petition sponsored by The People Together classes Protestants, Unionists, Loyalists and Rangers fans as one homogeneous family. It’s not to imply that all Rangers supporters are of the Protestant faith. It’s not to imply that all Rangers fans are Unionists or Loyalists. For this reason, people of all faiths and none can sign it and show solidarity with others in the wider Rangers family. (Well that’s might white of you to allow non Prods to sign, although why they would wish to put their name to this pile of ****e is beyond me, especially when it does not refer to them)

And, because they understand this, Roman Catholic Rangers supporters are signing the petition. The real issue people have with the petition is the inclusion of the word “Protestant.” (Hmm, I wonder why the vast hordes of RC Gers fans are not rushing to sign a petition which seemingly ignores them?)

Social conditioning in this country has reached such an advanced stage that many people from a Protestant background – including sadly, all too many Rangers supporters – have accepted our enemies’ propaganda that Protestant equals bigot and sectarian. (Without doubt one of the most ludicrous assertions I have read on an alleged football blog, simply put this is bullshit propaganda for the ignorant and bigoted).

The blunt truth is that many who should know better are offended by the word “Protestant.” Whether it be from cowardice or a handwringing attitude, these people do not want the label of Protestant put on them. (No you complete moron, the blunt truth is that most people of the Protestant faith don’t see any connection between their football team of choice and their religion.)

Curiously, their “protestations” against being labelled as Protestants fall on deaf ears in respect of those who are doing the labelling. I am sure that these non-faith Rangers supporters would have plenty to say if they were the subject of “atheist bastards” chants. (<laugh> He’s ****ing serious too).

But they don’t want to make a fuss about people screaming religious abuse at their fellow Rangers fans. Atheism, like many faiths, has people who speak up for it and defend it. Who is defending the Protestant community? (What the **** is the “Protestant Community” when it’s at home?)

For far too long the rights of all Protestant, Loyalist and Unionist people have been trampled upon. (Examples of which are what exactly?)

The attack on Rangers FC and its fans has come because Rangers is perceived by its enemies to embody and champion Protestantism, Unionism and Loyalism. (What in God’s name are you basing these opinions on?)

Not every Rangers fan embraces these concepts but the majority do, to one degree or another. (For ****’s sake <doh>)

Just like Celtic FC embodies Catholic and Irish themes. And there is nothing wrong with this.
Football teams can and do mean more than just football to many.

I didn’t create this reality. (No, you just imagined it, or simply attached your own values and beliefs to the majority with no evidence to support what you blithely state as “Truth” or “Fact”)

Barcelona, for example, embody Catalan culture and identity to their thousands of fanatical supporters. To deny these things is to stick your head in the sand. (Here we go, a human ostrich crticising others for doing exactly what he does)

Historically, Rangers is considered to be a Protestant club. If this offends you, it says more about you than anything else. And if it offends you so much you cannot sign a petition which contains the word “Protestant,” then that is your right. (It is your right but don’t expect Bill not to criticise you for not signing it)

A right won, of course, by the Protestant Reformation. (Oh dear)

The fact is that Protestant is now a dirty word in Scotland and it is no accident. (Was this on the news?)

Neither is it an accident that associating Protestant with bigot has been used as a social engineering tool to smear Rangers fans with bigotry. If social engineers have managed to make Protestant a synonym for bigot over the last three decades, their work is being carried on today. (“Social Engineering” a convenient buzzword which makes no sense because it implies some dark arts being put to use whilst failing to explain how this “Social Engineering” is being used. Morons reading this ****e will nod and stroke their chins (plural) at the sagacity of it all)

Now trendy media people are trying to make Rangers supporter equals racist part of the Rangers-hating culture of Scotland in 2012. As I blogged yesterday, STV sports presenter Raman Bhardwaj incurred the wrath of Rangers fans by seeming to imply they were racist for supporting John Terry. Big Raman’s remarks could have meant any number of things were it not for this unfortunate picture retweeted by Raman with the commendation of “tremendous” attached to it:- http://billmcmurdo.files.wordpress.com/2012/09/terry1.png
Apart from the fact that John Terry was cleared of racism charges, this proves that Raman’s dismissal as nonsense the claims by Rangers fans that he was smearing them as racists is very dubious. (And everyone knows JT was completely innocent eh?)

Raman has been found out.

I’m not John MacKay but that is the real news in Scotland Today. (In your fevered imagination, that’s the news every day, Prods = Underclass)

Anyone seen that JT pic!? It's just a f***ing joke FFS. It's blatantly a ****ing joke. Anyone who twists it otherwise is a *****loid of epic proportions

It's startling that it took the death of a football club for people like McMurdo to realise that their religion, way of life and beliefs had been under attack from the rest of Scottish society for some time. Bit odd that.

[h=1]BBC Mad Men Poke The Angry Bear[/h]September 28, 2012 · by billmcmurdo · in Uncategorized
Another day, another newspaper headline concerning a disgusting attack on Rangers Football Club. This time, the Biased (or is it Bigoted?) Broadcasting Corporation proved that they can indeed sink to new lows with their repulsive Mad Men montage showing Ally McCoist plunging to his death. (Is that really what it showed? I have no idea because I personally never watched the game; personally I’d be amazed if that is what the montage showed rather than what some people suggest it showed)

Rangers fans rightly rallied round the manager over this latest psy op from an organisation that is openly hostile to everything connected with Rangers.(That’s why they chose to show the Rangers game no doubt, because they hate Rangers so much?)

It was good to see that the club also came out and fiercely condemned what the BBC tried woefully to pass off as a creative attempt to depict the clash between Rangers and Motherwell. What the BBC considers creative, thousands consider to be appalling and disgusting. Even The Samaritans commented and said the sequence could be found distressing by some. (And those “Thousands” just happened to be Rangers fans no doubt, and one wonders just exactly who asked the Samaritans for a comment?)

The clip showed a silhouetted man – clearly Ally McCoist – plunging from the top of Ibrox and shattering the club crest on the way down. It wouldn’t take a great deal of imagination to figure out the footballing allegiance of whoever dreamed up this “creative” idea.(Likewise it would not take a genius to figure out that this is merely another one of the pointless complaints lodged on the suggestion of you and your fellow Gers bloggers, Leggo, Poole and Graham).

The attack on McCoist is the second from the BBC in under a week. The Radio Scotland show Off The Ball called the Rangers manager Fat Sally on Saturday’s show. Of course, this show is co-hosted by arch Rangers-hater Stuart Cosgrove, the man who cannot speak about Rangers without literally becoming spitting mad. (Was it really an “Attack”? Is it an attack on Neil Lennon any time someone calls him a name?)

There may have been a time when these vicious attacks on the Rangers manager were feebly contested and nothing more. (Aha, now they have gone from simple attacks to “Vicious” attacks, I think I see where this is heading)

The bad news for the mad men at the BBC – and anyone else out there – is that Rangers fans and the club itself are no longer prepared to take any crap from anyone. As I keep saying, the angry Bear has woken up. The collective Rangers support will round on anyone who attacks or abuses the club or its fans. (And which of the mentioned “Vicious” attacks is an example of someone “Abusing” the “Club” or it’s “Fans”?)

Charles Green was censured by the SFA for making one of the most blatantly obvious statements in recent history – that Rangers FC is the victim of bigotry shown towards it by other SPL teams.Every day since he said it, the evidence backing his statement mounts up.It is quite clear that people who follow an anti-Rangers agenda are using their roles in media, football and other areas to wage a spiteful campaign against Scotland’s biggest club.(Utterly ridiculous, but then that’s the world you inhabit you complete and utter moron)
With all this hostility directed towards Rangers Football Club and its legions of fans, you have to ask one simple question:- (What medication have you been taking?)

Where is Alex Salmond in all of this?(<laugh>)

Or we could broaden it out a bit and say: Where are the politicians speaking out on Rangers’ behalf? Or demanding an inquiry into the conduct of the SFA and the SPL? The Scottish government has already made its position clear – it adheres to the FIFA directive that places football jurisdiction above the law of the land. (And he’s off on another of his pointless political rants, despite telling everyone that Alec Salmond and his SNP cronies are all Anti Rangers and therefore bigots, he still asks why they are doing nothing to help Rangers)

Alex Salmond and his cronies slavishly bow to the footballing papacy of FIFA and UEFA, which regards itself above temporal thrones and governments. (Aye good one Bill, slip the word “Papacy” in there, no one will notice)

This ridiculous arrogance of football’s governing bodies was highlighted yesterday in the shameful four-match ban imposed upon John Terry for racism – after he had been cleared of such by a panel of magistrates under English Law! (Yes, and you are furious because you said the other day that Terry was innocent)

Of course, it is maybe a bit much to expect politicians to object to football authorities acting above the law as they are so adroit at doing so themselves. And that is the problem. The corruption in our game here in Scotland is mirrored by corruption in the political sphere. As one old fellow said to me at Ibrox recently, Scotland is a deeply corrupt country. It is against this backdrop of corruption and shame that Rangers Football Club and its fans must battle for the honour of the Rangers name. Thankfully, Rangers do not stand alone in this fight as it is clear that true integrity still resides in the SFL. And as long as the enemies of Rangers continue to display their bigotry and dishonour, a watching world will see what’s really going on here in Scotland.(We will fight them on the beaches, we will fight them…)

Yeah, you do keep saying. Change the ****ing record. It's just a continuous spiel of thinly-veiled threats about what's coming everyone elses way, "just you wait, that's right, LIKE I KEEP SAYING, all the angry bears have woken up" - aye, from hibernating while your club died, before suddenly jumping on your soap box to accuse everyone and anyone about hate, whilst conveniently ignoring that the fundamental foundation of your ****ing club and its history is HATE.

I also love how the hairy masses have hijacked 'bigotry' to literally mean anyone saying anything that could loosely be labeled 'Rangers-hating'. Mark Daly's reporting was 'bigotry' and he was pretty much spot on with 99% of his ****.

You can lead a chimp to water...
