Anyone who strays from their core product of fish and chips has already given up the ghost.

At the first sign of pizza, kebab, or friend chicken, start sourcing your new chippy.

Golden Fry in town throws a bit of mint into their patties.

Works a treat actually, very nice it is.

Slightly away from the chippy theme of this thread, but I had a very oily pizza in Pizza Express tonight.

I go there quite often, the Diavolo is beautiful, but for some reason there was an oil slick on mine tonight and it was a bit...****.

Anyway, I scoffed it, along with a big ice cream afterwards and some beer.

I shall be jogging tomorrow. I don't normally pig out like this.

mint is for pimms with cucumber. the very thought. a pattie has no mint in it. do you eat your patties with your little finger cocked as well?

I fancy a curry. Chicken bhuna from Moonlight tandoori on cott road. Garlic nan, poppodoms, onion bhaji, lime pickle. Man can't live on chippy alone.

Even though I started this chippy thread I have to say: curry is the best food in the world.

Who exactly are these foam handers? Have you ever seen one at a match? I sure haven't.

It's a CI thing. Wearing replica shirts or anything like that makes you a "Foam hander" and not a real fan. It's part of the manifesto of bollocks that they produce on that "Forum"

its a little like throwing out a sprat to catch a mackrel, and on a fish and chip thread it has to be topical?
