... "Mighty Oaks out of little acorns grow" ... now don't let me distract you from your sequins any longer...
you are a piss poor WUM.. firstly Hull City's biggest crowds were in the 60s to 70s not the PL, secondly you can' spell "reckon" & thirdly none of us have to prove where we're from to you.. I will however admit that I was born in Beverley.. if you look on a map you'll find it's not a million miles from Hull..
What change would you make if Chester, Faye, or Bruce had to come off injured when the system was working?
I imagine Evans would have gone to CB, which wouldn't have been a good option given that he got caught in possession about 12 times on Sunday. I agree with OLM, Cooper would be a better option on the bench. As for Leicester, we weren't going to win every game and we certainly didn't deserve to win that one. We will see on Saturday if it was an off day or whether we've been found out; personally I think it's the former. I got a lot of stick from the Leicester fans, rightly so, but it's funny how many people who came into my pub were suddenly Leicester fans. Must be nice to win sometimes. The celebrations were a bit cringy, the Poznan thing should stay in Poland. The you're **** ahhhh thing is just bollocks. A lot of people know Amos is a great young prospect, whether you are a Hull, Man U fan or not. Most keepers have encountered it and the ones I've met have said it doesn't affect them one iota. It's certainly not as good as throwing oranges onto the pitch. Now that's original!
Leeds were the better team first half, they were battered in the second and I can't believe that penalty wasn't given, but they did well to win. Still, at least we now know we're better than Everton...
Everton didn't look too bothered up until they scored their first. Deffo should've been a penalty in injury time right at the end there. Jammy bastard for getting away with that one. Spammers got battered on their own patch by Wigan.
The ghost of Don Revie is said to haunt the main stand at Elland Road with an envelope in his hand.....
Man City reserves also dumped out. Seems they can't have spent enough money on buying a reserve team.
I don't for the life of me know why Clubs have allowed themselves to have dragged in these drummers and worse still started to play music after goals - yes ok for the likes of ****e clubs like Wigan but for the likes of Boro Leicester et al to get sucked in to doing this is piss poor. Our supporters would NOT allow music or a drummer in the KC that is a fact - I seem to recall the likeable guy from Hornsea (promotions manager forget his name) banging a drum one season in the West Stand at BP and the abuse he got was staggering.
