I've just read that the collection at the game on Saturday collected £32,000 for the wee lad Oscar's cancer treatment. Superb stuff from the Celtic (and Dundee) fans. http://www.justgiving.com/teams/weeoscar
So why isnt it surpirsing that an obvious bigot like Pod, that which thinks he is being superiour to many other celtic fans than him, would pull a thread about a celtic story. My only surprise is that other of the typical no celtic fans like Trevor and Dev also hate baby children with the brain cancer.
I had a discussion about wee Oscar with someone yesterday. I'm not sure if I should say what I said though as some could deem it as heartless. I do wish the wee guy all the best though. #teamoscar
It's likely that all the effort for Oscar will not make a blind bit of difference. I hope the money goes to a good cause.
Well the 20 quid that I gave probably went towards a carry oot for saturday night, knowing the burd that I gave it to.
All I said was, if the treatment's not succeeding over here, what's the odds of putting him through whatever trauma/pain to get to wherever he has to for the treatment, never mind the treatment itself, being successful. Just keep thinking about that poor kid who recently couldn't get back home after experimental treatment abroad without the donations. Home in a coma to die. I don't know what I'd do in his parents' position. It was just thinking out loud.
Naw a didnae Last sentence was about this wee dude - the rest was about other sportsmen from another country. Suppose that makes me a bigot
