It would appear that the offer made to Charles Green was a smoke screen to cover the collusion of senior member of the SFA at executive level in organised cheating by David Murray's failing Rangers. Campbell Ogilvie not only knew about the dual contracts/ebt scam but was a beneficiary. Gordon Smith is similarly tainted. This is not about 'hatred' of Rangers, this is about the fair and just application of the rules. If Dunfermline, Spartans and Brechin were thrown out of the cup for a missing date on a team sheet, what is to be done with a team who have soiled 800 team sheets over 10 years? Is there no-one at Rangers who actually wants to face these charges...either to prove innocence or accept responsibility and rebuild the reputation of the club who have plumbed the depths of treasonous tax evasion from Her Majesty's revenue and willful organised rule breaking at the level of play? If Rangers are 'more than a club', who 'stand for something' then now is the time to stand up like men, rather than whimper like victims.
