My Dad was talking to his mate at the football, who said he had been speaking to Chamberlain down by the touchline who said this: - he's starting running again tomorrow - he hopes to be back on the last game - he hasn't heard anything about a move away as of yet Thought I would pass this on to you all
To be honest, I don't care if he doesn't play a game this season. But i reeeeally hope he stays, for, at least another year
What pleases me is how well we've done when some of our supposedly best players are out. We have a great squad. Although we've shown we can win without Chamberlain, he could be very important to us in the Championship. Let's hope if he is sold that NA gets most of the money to spend on one or two creative players.
Completely agree. Who would've thought we'd still be in with a great shout of automatic promotion after being without players like Schneiderlin, Lallana, Barnard and Chamberlain for weeks on end. Great stuff.
We've probably seen the last of him in a Saint shirt. I'd rather the club just accept he's going to leave if any offers come in then let it run on all Summer long and distract him.
It says he hasn't heard anything about a move. The media are always stiring trying to sell their papers full of lies.
Do you have inside knowledge? hope your wrong. i think the Championship will be the perfect place for him to show off his pace and vision. And who better to take him there than the Saints.
And you seem so certain for what reason exactly? Has he confided in you that he wants to move?? Maybe he wants to stay another season to further his development. We know nothing.
I want him to say but it's inevitable he'll leave one day and if Arsenal/Manure keep bidding for him in the Summer - he's going to want to leave isn't he? Sad fact but true
He was sitting up in the players' box for the whole match so I'm wondering how he got down to pitch side, unless it was pre/post match. Using my eagle eyes Barney had a bracey-foot-boot on his right ankle, Spiderman drank a lot of Lucozade, Lee Holmes and Tommy Forcast were chatting all match (don't know about what, maybe swimwear or crochet?) and the majority of the WAGS are smoking hot.
If they are that hot he probably only knew we had scored after the crowd roared. He was thinking of scoring all the time though.
Chamberlain shouldn't be rushed into making any big decisions, he's only my age (17), 10 days young than me I think... Him and Lallana could be brilliant down the wings Regarding whether he plays again; I'm not too fussed at this time, we COULD be promoted by then by which time there isn't much point in rushing him back into playing
Im only 16 myself, it must be hard to make a decision like Theo Walcott and Gareth Bale did. Im moving from Southampton to South Tyneside in September for 3 years to go to marine college. Big step for me, hope Chamberlain makes the right decision, and that is to stay.
