    This <ok>

Really lucky but you've got to be happy with 3 points from Anfield.

Unless you're West Brom or Arsenal. They're disappointed with anything less that three points at Anfield...

Well below the belt Swarbs! This is happening worryingly regularly - being the best team in the match and still losing or drawing <doh?

He was also watching a different game to the rest of us when he claimed that Jonjo Shelvey was rightly sent off. We on the otherhand know that the only reason Shelvey was sent off was because the ref had Ferdinand and Giggs in both ears. It was never red and at most a yellow. How a referee can give a penalty for that is an absolute joke. Glen Johnson timed his recovery to perfection, the only reason I can think of why Valencia dived was Glen Johnson must have farted.

How about the disgraceful actions of a small number of Manchester United fans before the game chanting ''Where's your Munich songs''? Okay a small number of Liverpool fans were idiots at the end of the game by going towards the away section and making airplane gestures, this provoked the away section into the ''Always the victims, its never your fault'' and ''Murderers''. Although doing it before the game was a bit sick.

Sorry for pointing out the truth. Only a deluded idiot would suggest Manchester United deserved more than a point from that game.

The only thing Halsey didn't do was take his top off to reveal a Manchester United shirt. Then again he must be one of a minority, that would embarrassed to be seen in a table-cloth.

I was trying to be reasonable.

  15. This is something that Liverpool and Man Utd fans will never agree on. I have a Man Utd mate who is (like me) very honest and willing to say when his team have been poor, lucky, etc. He told me last night that he thought Shelvey shouldn't have been sent off, he also said they were very poor and Liverpool were the better side until the sending off. However, he was adamant that it was a penalty, that ours wasn't a penalty, that Evans didn't deserve anything and that they deserved a point - nothing more and nothing less. IMO, it comes down to which side of the fence you sit.

The bit that annoyed me most was the sending off. Looking where the ref was stood he had a better view of the Evans challange than the Shelvey tackle. The argument about getting the ball is ridiculous as they BOTH got the ball. They both left the ground, both went in two footed, both had studs showing and they both caught each other. The only different is, one made a meal of it whereas the other got up to go for the ball again! Guess which one was which <doh>

One also had two of his team-mates shouting in the refs ear to get an opponent sent off. I always knew Giggs was a snide, but I never thought Ferdinand was like that.

So the ref had a clear view of Evans' challenge and didn't deem it worthy of a yellow. He did see Shelvey lunge and plant his studs on Evans' shin, after which Evans made a meal of it according to you, and deemed it worthy of a red. So the ref saw the incident clearly and called it right. Well done Halsey.

    Give me patience.
There was never studs showing and the way that Evans went in, could easily have resulted in Shelvey breaking his leg. Whats your excuse for Valencias dive?. Glen Johnson looked at him?

Not if the ref has his way, they're won on ****ty red card and penalty decisions. The only way you lot can win, with the refs help

Where was the great scholes we keep hearing about yesterday, oops sorry, it has to be a team that sits back on its arse and allows 4 square miles of free space in central midfield, nice tackling again though.

Kagawa made of paper. RvP a passenger. Rafael was their best player by a long shot.

Man u looked totally average, hodgson average. Fergie has his work cut out winning another cl before he retires with this lot regardless of our situation.
