The one who comes to stick me each morning is very pleasant, but in her 50s and a vegetarian pig farmer. ;) Not quite the picture of the sweet little under- dressed thing one thinks about.

Theo, this makes WS sound like a Hammers fan, but one who can write a better version of 'I'm forever blowing bubbles'. I particularly like the:

    baseless fabric of this vision,
The cloud-capp'd (Wembley) towers, the gorgeous palaces,
The solemn temples (the Olympic stadium)

    and:

    We are such stuff
As dreams (not reality) are made on,

Morning all from a very damp West West London - Autumn has arrived with a bang. I suppose I will have to take some responsibility as I was only saying to Mrs W_Y as we drove down to Watford on Saturday what a beautiful month September had been <yikes>

I see the John Terry saga has taken another twist - will be interesting to hear and read the various legal opinions on the FA's case. Still some fodder to keep The Nest active for a week or so..

Morning all, wet and windy here but very mild. Yesterday Mme went off and did some watering for me. ;)

You will find Yorkie before long, that your days are filled, and you will wonder how you ever managed to fit work in.

I'm off sick today and had to fend off a list from my other half too - when will they learn that, unlike them, us men only go off sick when we are seriously debilitated and are unable to even read such lists? ;)

I see that Collins John thinks he is still good enough to play in England - has just signed for Barnet. Wonder how long he will last there?
