Why is she blaming the Rozzers anyway? Surely her beef is with the person who posted it on FaceBook? She must know who posted it so how did they know and more importantly why did they not tell her before posting? ****'s sake, I appreciate the woman is in a lot of pain and suffering right now but she should not be focusing her ill-concieved ire onto parties who are blameless.

Of course it's the Mod's job, but should they take the blame if the dead squaddie's mate plasters the news on FB before the MOD get a chance to tell his family? It very simplistic of the mother here to assume the first duty of the Coppers is to tell the next of kin, if it was a sudden death then there are many other actions which take precedence over informing the Next of Kin. Securing a possible crime scene, contacting a doctor etc.
