Alonso has had luck on his side, but he fully deserves to be in the position he is. He's been on fire this season.

Really, I think Di Resta was solid rather than spectacular. With Lewis and Pastor out he didn't gain any places from racing.

McLaren just cant seem to get everything to go right for both cars. Crazy how long its been since their last 1-2.

Vettel has previous for being dodgy under the safety car... certainly I don't think there was any need for him to drive so slowly through that chicane and when he first went I like Button thought he was really going for it.

That said no harm done and I hope neither driver gets penalised.

BS! they are warming up the brakes and why would Seb risk having a McLaren plough into the back of him?

With all their resources, McLaren's lack of success is becoming laughable.

And what makes everybody think Seb will be the one to get punished? It's Button who nearly caused a crash...

We'd have far less investigations if they simply ban racing. Seems like a good solution. :p

Both didn't do anything wrong, it was a misunderstanding.

personally, I think he's overrated. Yes, he finished 4th but really he just held station. I don't see what's special about that.

Why woul a penalty be applied to Button - he avoided Vettle? Can't really see anything happening to Vettle either, but he is developing a bit of a Schuey streak in him!

Would be a harsh penalty on Vettel.
