I think people get carried away with our player ratings - I know I did when I was a bit younger, FIFA 09, maybe 10. 75 for Chester is pretty far fetched. I think when he peaks he may still only be a 77, 78. No surprise at the underrated Simpson as he's had next to no game time and it obviously cannot be based this season. I'd stick Chester to 70, Simpson to 68, Amos to 69 and Dudgeon to 68. That's about it. Not that I'm even getting the game this year.
Don't see how you can say that. Chester is only 4 points behind our best player Koren. Cooper on the other hand has the same rating as Devitt.
On those ratings, comparing our defence Vs Leeds defence, they rate Leeds defence as slightly better than ours!
On paper, our defence is good though. Thats the issue with Fifa, football isn't played on paper. Although reading this thread, you guys are (understandably mind) bias towards your players
I've not bought the game for years so I don't know whether our players as a whole are over or underrated, but if I knew Liam Cooper I'd be taking the piss about him only being rated as highly as Devitt. Amazed Emerton has even been put on the game though.
It's almost as if the person/people who decide ratings don't watch every single Hull City game (and reserve game).

But we had one of the best defences in the league last year, you've still leaked quite a few goals this year... last year's Hull City back 4 = 66, 68, 69, 68 Vs this year's Leeds back 4 = 69, 68, 68, 67, so one point better off. Can you honestly say that this year's Leeds defence will finish the season with better than the joint second most clean sheets in the league?

He was playing in the SPL though. Darryl Duffy was a good player at that level, hell even Clayton Donaldson was.
In all honesty no. And your defence is better, I'm a little surprised that Faye is rated above Chester. But my point was that Kenny, Peltier, Pearce, Lees and Drury are all good on paper. For some reason Fifa has decided White is a LB and that he is better than Drury which is ******ed though
I think every edition of FIFA and PES for the 5 years that he was here listed Richard Garcia as a striker. Similarly as I mentioned earlier, Paul McShane is probably our worst senior player yet he's always highly rated on games because of his previous history before playing for us. It's like they just don't want to admit their mistakes and change anything
