Yes and believe it or not that's why I posted the comment. Then again, maybe it was that black and white image created by light falling on a light-sensitive surface which mis-triggered those favourable thoughts ... or possibly just an over-abundance of vino tinto to welcome in the weekend. Your awe-inspiring and incisive dissection of my comment has caused me to doubt myself. I do, however, have a wonderful imagination and am renowned for my good taste so I think I'll stick with it ... that is, if you don't mind?

My post was sarcastic... as it obviously vintage/throw back to the old days as it a carbon copy of the very first Celtic strip. I assumed your comment was in similar vain... That's the problem with the written word - who knows what tone was meant by what has been written.
That's very indecisive of you Pud. To put your mind at rest, I confess that I am a modest person of extraordinary intellect and talent though, in common with most of my ilk, there runs that well-trodden thin line between genius and insanity. Interesting that you recognize sarcasm (and irony perhaps?) in yourself but profess not to be able to do so in my case - that is not to say whether or not I am always of sombre disposition in my posts as I wouldn't want to be 'labelled' and thus spoil your wondering fun ...
