You guys fancy winning at home anytime soon? I leave Spurs out of my accumulators most weeks now, your like Everton, totally unpredictable
75% would imply you are better than all teams bar 5. I'm not to sure that is the case. I think at WHL in theory Spurs are better or at least as good as all teams bar City, however away from home I would think Everton, Newcastle and Liverpool amongst others could all stake a claim to be better. It's not as cut and dry as that IMO.
Only if luke was talking exclusively about the prem. Otherwise the teams they face will number a lot higher than 20. Whichever way you look at it, it is ludicrous.
I still think on paper Spurs are easily a top 5 team in the Europa League. Only Altetico Madrid, Napoli and Inter are stronger outfits. In the CL I'd agree with you, the number is probably closer to 20.
No it doesn't. If applied the prem then we would be better than 15, we would be the 16th and then 4 better. Is 5th not in the hunt for 4th? I think it is. Now go away
What a pathetic attempt to wriggle out of your dunce like comment about Spurm's maths. Luke's following sentence includes 'top4', so of course he's talking about the PL, which is 20 teams, 75% of the teams we'll face in this instance is not 15, because you can't 'play yourself!' or maybe you should play with yourself and hopefully you're better at it than maths! Teams that are in 5th,6th and 7th should have aspirations of top4.
all the teams in the P/L should have aspirations of becoming Champions, not just 4th
all the teams in the P/L should have aspirations of becoming Champions, not just 4th
Can't agree more, 4th has become the new 1st. Indicative of how UEFA has ruined our league
all the teams in the P/L should have aspirations of becoming Champions, not just 4th
There is that an all! ...but I don't think it is really, the bottom half are happy with survival and PL money next year, fundamentally wrong, but that is the reality of things.
Ashley Young's hurt his knee and is out for a few weeks. He'll really have to work on his landings... Well done to Ferguson for his letter to Man Utd fans about Hillsborough, though. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19681043
Here you go you mug. Luke's following sentence in full... You still want to try and suggest he was only talking about the prem? Oh dear, your math & English comprehension seems to be lacking
YOU questioned whether he was talking about the PL or not, did you not read it then? and YOU questioned 75%....or are you going 'try and suggest' you didn't now!....Gooners!
Stop digging yourself into a deeper hole of stupidity and let's just move on. It isn't really that important and I don't want to be accused of picking on the afflicted
Now if we can get back to football,I wanted to post earlier that I think we've already seen the best of Swansea and they're losing 0-1. Everton are going to be a hard team to stop. They normally start badly and finish well but this time they've started well. Certainly rivals this season.
