Pubs for West Ham

Haven't been to West Ham for many a year, so I'm wondering if any of you know a decent boozer for pre-match pints?

The Duke of Edinburgh was always away fan friendly back in the day Disco, not sure now like.
A kick in the tit from the ground too.

There was another called the Green Man but have been told it's closed now.

 

Think the Duke might be a bit too close to the ground for comfort!

 

It'll be chokka for sure but just had a quick look at last week's footie echo & they say it's ok for away fans.

I never had any chow with the Hammers but I know some that have.
In fact, some Hammers lads saved my bacon one time back in the '80's.

 

I've been in the home end a couple of times with a lad I used to work with about 15 years ago. Had canny craic with the Hammers fans, but they weren't playing us at the time!

 

One of my very best mates is a Hammers fan. That will be put to one side for 90 minutes on Saturday mind, lol.

Last time I was there I was drinking in the West ham supporters club and had no bother whatsoever.
