€400million deal for a club like PSG?

United, Real, Barcelona, Bayern and a few others must be able to get deals worth than a week then.

    It must breach FFP rules.

If this is true then this would make this FFP a laughing stock so it will be interesting to see how UEFA responds if this deal is signed.

Citys 400million 10 year deal is dodgy enough but compared to this its nothing

Well this is it then. I've always suspected they will bottle it when the time comes to act on FFP. Now's their chance to prove me wrong.

<laugh> United fans getting worried that they wont be able to buy trophys any more. I think you will be fine, by the looks of last nights game you still have the refs giving you disgraceful pens almost every home game while ignoring blatant pens for the opposition.

What disgraceful pens. You mean the one which was a stone wall penatly every day of the week?

And which ones didnt he give, the 2 for us or the 2 for them?

The ref was shocking, **** all to do with us.

Oh and funny you mention buying trophies. Does that mean Liverpool have been buying failure?

Normal text is pure lies where ever you got it from. 400m. Also negotiations are not handled on the field you complete tool <doh> I think that is down to whomever is hammering out the deal, granted winning helps but in the end it is decided off the pitch, if you can get your head around that?

Bitterness in bold. If If If, lots of Ifs UIR and getting your knickers in a twist over what is most likely bollox is great early Friday morning entertainment <ok>

If a company decides exposing their trade mark on a football team is worth 400m to them, UEFA can essentially do fk all about that if it is a legitimate business deal with no feedback of some or most of the 400m to the sponsor in some manner.

What will happen to Italian clubs when FFP comes in?

I heard Udinese is the only club to make an actual profit?

Napoli and Lazio are also profitable. Inter, Juve and Milan are the only ones who would miss FFP based on the past few years.

AC Milan have largely sorted their finances out by selling Ibra and Thiago. They've also released Gattuso, Nesta, Seedorf, Inzaghi and van Bommel which will trim the wages a lot. Hard to see them opposing FFP now they have sold or released lots of their best players just to meet the criteria.

Juve have generally broken even since 2007. They made losses last year due to failing to qualify for the CL, costs on their stadium which are excluded from FFP, and exceptional costs due to paying off the contracts of Camoranesi, Trezeguet and Zebina, again getting in shape for FFP. Now they're Italian champions and back in the CL, their losses should be manageable and well within the 45 million allowance for the first few years.

Inter could be ****ed now they've missed out on the CL. Tho' they are making efforts to trim the wage bill, ditching Eto'o, Forlan, Lucio, Maicon, Cesar, Pandev and others so they are likely to be able to show an "improving trend" in the first few years at least. Should be enough to keep the wolves from the door for the first few years at least.
