I am expecting a game like last year - boring as both sides cancel each other out but one moment of individual brilliance to seal it.
The way Hull City are playing at the moment,,, - against your defence I smell more than blood for the Tigers. I agree its gonna be one hell of an end to end slug fest. So prepare for a 0 - 0 then. Lol.
Just jumped 3 leagues and has scored as many as Simpson, who you lot seem to be bumming pretty hard at the moment. How many has Proschwitz scored again?
Prossy can't get on the pitch. It's hardly surprising, we've scored eleven in the last three without him. I was joking by the way.
Hull could be a good team for us to play. Too many teams are sitting back and parking the bus. Aslong as Hull don't go back to their normal boring defensive style then I fancy our chances of knocking in a few
Nobody quite knows, it was announced today that an injection in his achilles has worked (third time lucky) so he shouldn't need surgery and could be back within weeks.
Notoriously teams that have attacked us at home have failed miserably. Teams like West Brom and QPR managed to do it, but they ended up winning/coming 2nd in the league
Our normal boring style? I think you'll find Pearson Manages you now. We'll be playing 3-5-2 and it will be all out attack, it's the only way we play now. Freddy, though Fryatt should be back in training in a week, he's going to have a job getting back into the team, he's going to have to settle for the bench for a while.
I agree with a previous comment about playing the 4-2-3-1 from last night. Mainly because it allows more fluidity and movement which is good for our passing style but also it might help to counter Hull's formation in terms of matching them in the middle and it might allow us to get our full-backs forward which against their wing-back system could be fruitful.
Don't think so. Big weekend in the Prem so they're covering that - Liverpool v Man U and Man City v Arsenal.
We're not playing the game last season, we''re playing it next Sunday, it's a different team with a different manager, what happened last season is completely irrelevant.
I would have thought that the fact that every Hull City fan currently posting on your board has mentioned the attacking formation, along with the fact that we've scored eleven goals in our past three games, might have been a bit of a give-away.
