I agree with you. Look how poor Tom Ince was in the sky live game @ Lesta ? Holloway even said all the transfer speculation had got to him. As you say it does not take much to put Ince off his game. He was very good last season, he's been bloody amazing this season and he's still only 20, he is without doubt one of the best players in the league.
