It's now well over a grand each for me and junior(no discounts for kids in the corporates).

Price fixed for 18 months, instead of the previous five year contracts.

Gigs are no longer included(not that there are any).

I expect this will knock several hundred off the numbers in the West Stand, as local companies bin their spare corporates.

Poor decision, now is not the time to be hiking ticket prices by over £700 a pair.

When we win promotion it will be viewed as a brilliant marketing / pricing strategy, rather than a short term mistake.

You wouldn't it like in general population OLM so you are wise to stump up the extra moolah.

I'm finding it hard to re adjust to being in with the riff raff. Some of them smell.

I'm just hoping my mate pulls through for me again so I can hob nob with the social elite, the glitterati if you like. It's where I belong.

The West Stand is already over priced and over rated. But it is a strange decision to make.

I think a box looks more likely after this season when at least you can stand without anyone saying sit down etc etc

    Afterall its only money.

I shall tell you this. If they brought back a terrace area i would ditch the posh seats in a flash. How i miss the terraces.

Obviously I'll have to stump us the cash, I can't be seen hanging out with any old smelly riff-raff.

I assume the boxes have gone up by a similar amount, but as some were empty last season the gap might have narrowed a bit, might be worth a look.

    Horses for courses.

The fact is, that a lot of the clubs revenue comes from the corporate seats and that revenue could drop considerably if people don't renew.

I thought the increase for the Footy wasn't too bad, considering it hasn't gone up for 5 years, and like you I couldn't possibly even consider sitting with the riff raff so will be renewing. I suppose it you actually analyse the extra compared to a standard season ticket it is expensive and the benefits do seem to be diminishing, be interesting to see how many don't renew.

However the increase on the Footy/Rugby combo is crazy and I can see that having a big impact, looks like the Allams don't want to play nicely with Adam any more.

They are obviously not phased by the falling attendances

That is a bit of shocker, a 350% increase in the cost of adding FC games to a Premier Club pass.

It doesn't affect me and if you want to watch both it's still pretty decent value at an extra £500 for the rugby, but if you're used to getting it for practically nothing, you're not going to be too chuffed with this change.

Most people with sense would sit in the stands anyway. Corporate bollocks is not the way to watch a football match.

Not at all. There was an article a while back in which they stated that projected revenues would be up 2% by raising ticket prices. It would take attendance falling below their projected figures before they would do something.

On Look North last night Peter Levy read out an email by Ehab after Monday evening's feature on high admission/ falling gates.

It said considerable investement in the team blah and that was it.

No pictures, no interviews, no attempt to sugar the pill, meet the people or attempt even the most basic PR exercise. Existing customers- you are taken for granted. Occasional customers- take it or leave it we ain't bothered.

Dangerous game to play in a city where two other clubs try harder and charge less.

It's even more daft when it looks like the corporate/commercial side doesn't seem to be doing very well already. There are quite a lot of blank advertising hoardings around the KC - many facing the pitch too. Plus, the club are looking a bit desperate with all the pleas for companies to 'sponsor a player'.

They put it across as 'value for money' due to the amount of people at the games, but when you look at the reality of what you get and how many people pay attention to who 'sponsors' a certain player, it's not very good. We put 4 past Millwall and off the top of my head I don't have the faintest idea who sponsors Aluko, Simpson, Koren or Faye.

I cannot ever recall a winning Hull City team that does not draw the crowds- until this season.

We lost a generation of fans in the 1990s when we were ****, now we risk doing it again for a different motive as people would like to come but can't afford it.

    Unprecedented and dangerous.

If we go up, they will all come back.

What do you get for your money, OLM? Having moved from West Upper (toilet queues, and loads of people crowded in the fooad area at half time) to the West lower I now find the toilets and food areas half empty due to most of the stand being in a separate bar area.
Not sure what else a fan could want in the way of available facilities? Does me! Then again I am not in the slightest bit interested in having a drink at a game, so a carpeted bar is irrelevant to me.
