That's a nice interview. He's yet another player that comments on ML in training. I wish I could watch one of those sessions.

Laudrup in the starting lineup next game? We could probably do a lot worse.

Me too, I was a little concerned watching his body language in the Villa game, but it sounds like he's happy here, and was clearly just frustrated with the overall performance than any issues within the squad.

ML is only saying what every other manager says....... not just at our club but at every other club also when they are new.....Wait until he leaves and he will become scum <laugh> that's the trend from our club by some on here...<ok>

It's not the leaving. It's the manner of the leaving.

Noone begrudged Leon when he went...

yes some did, He was rubbish, not good enough when he refused like pratters and dorus when they would not sign a contract after the mess jinks made in not signing them when they asked at the end of the season. He learned a lot from that and now we cant get them on contracts quick enough....

Laudrup didn't have to say anything, Dai - your cynicism is breathtaking sometimes. I've watched a lot of his interviews and he doesn't strike me as a blarney merchant like your do-no-wrong-hero Rodgers who is giving the same speeches in Liverpool as he did here. Almost word for word.

So Laudrup won't be scum as far as I'm concerned if he left (as he surely will one day) but I might change that view if he agrees not to come in for our players for 12 months then chooses to ignore that agreement when it suits him.

    Ring a bell?

What do you expect a new manager to say when he joins a new club ?????You can bet it will be the same speech he said at his last club and the club before that....I take it with a pinch of salt as its the old chestnut all managers say...<ok>

Where do Laudrup and Rogers come into this? Isn't this a thread about a Michu interview and what he's said about Swansea?

<laugh> Good spot. I was following Dai's comment "What do you expect a new manager to say...". I think that was meant to go on the Laudrup interview thread. <doh>
