Today showed we have a very little depth in our squad and our horrendously long injury sheet. You really think it would of been the same results if we had Ross McCormack, Paul Green, David Norris, Adam Dury (all key starting 11 players). It's sad we had to play an 18 year old who has like 2 senior appearances to his name, sadder he was one of the best players on the pitch for us tonight.
Correct on the first thing we do have a paper thing squad due to lack of proper investment in the squad. Although I and 90% of other Leeds fans think Neil Warnock is fantastic considering this is the most difficult job he's ever had (most people thought he would of walked by now). And no apart from a handful of decent players (Crainey, Derry ect) our 2007 squad was shocking with the likes of Jonathan Douglas and Ian Westlake oh and Neil Sulivan ouch. We now have a starting 11 that can and should challenge for at least play off spots. Problem is half the starting 11 is injured and half the backups are 18 year olds from the academy (very good 18 year olds but non the less we shouldn't be relying on them or freebie crap like Andy Gray.

Claiming to be the best team in Yorkshire based on the championship table is like Swansea claiming to be the best team in Britain because they had a good start to the Premier League season. Come back when you have a decent HUMAN fan base, history, a decent English stadium (not one of those horrible ugly bowl stadiums) and a chance of not bottling another imaginary attempt at a return to Hull's glorious history in the Premier League (which consist of two miserable seasons).
