Abso-feckin-lutely 100% on the mark. That the original trial could be postponed in the first place was a farce but there is no excuse for the FA not to act now that the criminal trial has finished. In a court of law JT was not found guilty of racially aggravated abuse and as long as I have a hole to poop out of it was never going to result in a conviction. The FA however does not have to judge the incident in a similar way. In court Terry admitted what he said so as far as the FA are concerned it should be treated in exactly the same way as the Suarez/Evra incident. Suarez never denied what he'd said to Evra but it took a court case with a bunch of QC's defending him before JT did likewise. A civil case by Anton is his own business but the FA have to act on the allegation of racial abuse. Why should we expect anything like a quick response though? Just look at how long it took them over the Faurlin saga!

The spitting just being a coincidence, the other players would get the benefit of the doubt but not Cole because hes a proven arrogant twat and Id never give the racist the benefit of anything. Lets say a player ran across Gerrards path and he spat into him and then claimed he never saw him coming and it was an accident. Id believe him, now lets say the same thing happened with Diouf......
I agree. It's like a boy who cried wolf type situation. But hopefully our law system isn't run like that; you need to prove people are guilty.
The law is an ass, it has nothing to do with guilt or innocence but the amount of money you have. Hence why an unemployed person will get 2 years for stealing something worth £200 while a banker can steel billions and wont even get a jail sentence. I make up my own mind on things. If I didnt then Id have to believe OJ and Terry were innocent.
