Hard to pick just 3, but that's the game!

You've got til dinner time Tuesday to vote if you want them counting.

    For me:

    Koren
    Elmo
    Quinn

    Quinn
    Faye
    Elmo.

Hard to find fault with anyone.

Oh ok. some of Chezz's interceptions were a joy to watch and his step over and cross for Faye's header was fantastic. But.......

He got done at the far post again for Henderson's header. Sort it out Brucey.

Really, really difficult. Started off with Chester, Simpson, Quinn,Elmo, Faye, Bruce and Koren ( the other 3 outfielders played well, Amos didn't have much to do ). Although winning 4-1 edges me towards the midfielders and strikers I think our defence must have frustrated the hell out of Millwall in the first half, they'd concede a goal, try and get back into the game then one of our defenders would get a block or tackle in. For the blocks/tackles he made and the way he set Faye up for his goal I've got to include Chester, that goal for me summed up what a team performance it was.

    Chester
    Simpson
    Quinn

Could have gone to anyone out there today. Thought Oli was a little to casual at times. Koren really up for it today. Dudge must be the fittest Championship player ever

Quinn (box to box, never gave 'wall players an inch of space and is looking for the ball again as soon as he passes it)
Elmo (constantly running up and down the wing for 90 minutes which surprises me as he's a big bloke! at the same time handled his defensive duties well)
Olofinjana (I put him here because I think he deserves a bit of credit, he does a very unattractive, easily overlooked job well and is looking more and more fit every game he plays)

Really could have put anyone in that third spot though, the whole team played great; the build up was patient without being aimless as it was at times last season and we genuinely looked as though we could of scored with any attack. When we came out in the second half I wasn't scared we were going to spunk it but rather not put them to the sword in a serious way, we could easily of had 8 not for the lack of trying.

I've not felt like this about coming to City since the 07-08 promotion season, its so nice arriving at a game thinking we could see a few goals!!

Aluko just misses out on the basis that for all his skill and beautiful play, it didn't come to anything as much as the others.
