Things gong for us- The recent events that have gone in our favor. Massive moral boost Things against us- Sunderlands first home game so fans will be rocking, Fletcher has already hit the ground running and I think Johnson will feed off the energy of the crowd. Add to that if Sessognon is availble he can torment us along with Mclean. Enrique and Johnson will need to be on their A game. Skrtel will need to not worry about kicking **** out of Fletcher and lose the aerial battle. I think we can get at their backline....... but then again look at Arsenals and we were ****ing shocking at exposing them.
yes, he mentions that in the tweet i think as well. I hope he makes it, just to give another dimension off the bench. btw, in all my time on not606 this might be one of the first times where a Sunderland( opposing team) win is just massively outnumbering any other prediction.
Suso may be telling the truth. My sources tell me that he's been left out of the u21 squad that plays Chelsea this evening at 6.30 p.m.
Not with our fans, mostly SAFC, NUFC, AFC, etc. It's roughly (from what I remember) about: 4 LFC fans = SAFC win, 5 LFC fans = draw, 6/7 LFC fans = LFC win. Pretty tight, and a couple of ours are backing SAFC because last time they backed our rivals to win then we actually won.
Team I would like to see: please log in to view this image Bench: Jones, Kelly, Coates, Downing, Shelvey, Suso, Morgan Suarez will inevitably play down the middle, Downing will probably feature, Carragher will be on the bench and Suso won't make the bench.
I agree, but as BR will not drop the captain: Shelvey in Gerrard's position and Gerrard playing Right attack with Suarez left and Borini through the middle (no start for Sterling). As Gerrard tires, swap Shelvey for Gerrard in the midfield and substitute Sterling on for Shelvey having the new front three as (L-R): Suarez, Borini, Sterling.
I think on performances, he deserves to start - second name in the midfield behind Allen. Been impressed with Shelvey so far this year from his limited game time and would like to see more of him. I don't really care if Suso makes the bench or not, it's good that he's in the preliminary 20 even if just to give him a little more push in the right direction; to keep working hard and he's almost there. What I do want to see though, is a more positive bench than we've seen recently; I don't want to see 5 defenders and a keeper. I want to see Morgan there, and at least 2 of Downing, Cole, Shelvey (or Sahin) and Suso. Just give us attacking options on the bench!
----------Reina----------- -Kelly-Skrtel-Agger-Enrique --Gerrard-Allen-Shelvey--- --Suarez-Borini-Sterling--- Bench: Jones, Coates, Johnson, Sahin, Suso, Assaidi, Morgan. But then, Henderson should be in some where... Maybe.
I don't think Liverpool are nearly as bad as some press would try and make you believe, but I do think we are a very decent side, and there isn't a massive amount between us. On that basis, I'd favour whoever is at home, and am sticking my hat on 2-1 Sunderland.
