A couple of days ago I mentioned basically said Hendo couldn't score in a brothel and there he goes and bags himself a brace. I'm pleased to be proved wrong and couldn't be happier for the lad. With all our forwards in home's for the infirm and arthritic, Hendo and Sess could be leading the line for us next week. May the gods be with them.

Seriously gents, will we have a couple of fit forwards for the next game? Which combination should we play? Perhaps Ricco behind Sess, or young Noble? What to do, what to do.....?

What he said. We're basically safe now so blood the youngster, he's earned rave reviews in the youth and reserve sides so he deserves his chance.

to be honest I think he is, his back or something? In that case I'd go for Riveros might be good for a laugh if nothing else.

Don't we have another young striker called lynch or summat? Saw something on safc.com sometime about him being decent.

Start with Noble if it were up to me. We need at least one out and out striker on the pitch!

    I would go with:

    Catts Muntari

    Henderson Sess Steed

    Noble

But it would be s shame that Colback misses out with that formation. I think he has had a very good couple of games but I think we need to see Muntari playing with a team with confidence to determine whether we sign him in the summer or not.

    Morning Chaps,

Would it be worth bringing this lad back off loan from Oldham?

He and Ryan Noble played well together last term in the reserves.

Also, according to SAFC website, we have a young Australian, Matthew Fletcher, might be worth giving him a shot!

No need for apologies mate I thought the same to be honest, you were probably one of us who said drop Jordan for a rest in December it seems SB took heed if belatedly and it has worked wonders for the lad. I think we can all see his potential it'll take another 2 or 3 seasons to fulfil that though.
As for strikers if Noble and Richardson are fit we have the option of those two plus Sessignon as strikers to try and keep the momentum going, or SB could look at the game and decide a more cautious approach is needed and play Sess up top on his own with support from midfield.

Known SB's penchant (is that the right word) for playing people out of position why not stick elmo up at centre forward with sess & ricco backing up. Elmo wins most headers, knock them down for 2 fast lads who may be difficult to pick up and hey presto another win.

Not likely to happen but something different.
