Noone is saying he isn't talented, he just wouldn't suit our team.

 

Has he indicated a wish to leave QPR? They're about to be promoted and they're meant to have money behind them.

 

Don't get me wrong I think he's absolute class, just not as good as Ben Arfa... and he wouldn't want to be back up.

 

First off, i'd shoot myself if i saw Elmander as our lone striker next season.

Secondly, we should aim for higher than Taarabt. Gervinho is rated highly by our scouts, and by the same head scout that spoted Ben Arfa and Tiote, so i'd rather pay 12-15 mil for him, then paying some ridiculous fee for Taarabt, who is a poor mans Ben Arfa.

Taarabt will get a smack in the face when he tries to play against top quality defenses.
I have no doubt he'll be a decent player in the PL, but he'll not be a top player like he was in the CC.

No Taarabt. I'd have him for 3/4 million maybe, but QPR will ask for something like 8-10 million and he aint worth that.
